I. Universal Protection Agency
Universal Protection Agency is a 20 person firm specializing in providing safety and security. Only 8 of the 20 employees will be working on Mr. Smith’s protection plan due to other clientele requiring the services of the other employees. Our staff consists of individuals with various skills and/or talents. Each of our employees have received Masters Degrees in their areas of expertise and have years of experience in providing protection to individuals, families, organizations, and communities. Smith will either rotate shifts at his home or hire trusted security or body guards to protect Mr. Smith’s home. The guards will do surveillance and continually check the grounds and surrounding areas for threats. If Mr. Smith wishes he may hire additional body guards for his home protection.
11. His nurse’s are not to discuss this man’s schedule with anyone other than our staff and his medical staff.
12. His nurse’s and medical staff should consider hiring body guards if they continue to work for Mr. Smith.
13. The communications of his medical staff are to be closely monitored.
14. His medical staff’s duties outside of Mr. Smith’s home should be monitored by one of our staff or one of the Private Eye Investigation Companies in which we frequently use.
15. Our security team is also to be monitored through others in our organization due to the beliefs of Mr. Smith.
16. Restraining orders have been issued for all the relatives of the victim’s and for all members of the press and civil right group members. Any individual approaching his home who is not invited will be treated as hostile.
17. Internal Affairs and The Department of Justice has been contacted and complaints filed as the police are not providing protection Mr. Smith which is a violation of his constitutional and civil rights.

On 07-14-2016 at approx. 2019 hrs a domestic disturbance call was dispatched. Dispatch was receiving information that the suspect was armed with a pistol and a rifle and had assaulted a victim at 518 N. K Street.
All of the staff need to make sure that confidentiality is paramount. Staff have to read and understand the Data Protection Act of 1998. We have to make sure that we are clear about our standards of conduct, that we are expected to meet. We are encouraged to use the codes of conduct to maintain our own practice
In the unit where Andrew is located there is a white board the staff use. It lists Andrews name, diagnosis, room number, and important activities for the shift. How might this be a HIPPA violation or confidentiality issue?
On Sunday November 24, 2016 at approximately 16:02 hrs. Officer L Wilkerson and I Ofc. R. Holcomb were dispatched by dispatcher B Coleman to 304 Hopkins Drive in reference to a disturbance. Upon my arrival I made contact with Ms. Shawntavia Lucky (complainant) who stated that her son Mr. Jousha Lucky (victim) got into a physical altercation with two black males.
On 05-11-16 at approximately 1800 hours, I was dispatched to a concerned citizen in the justice training center neighborhood. I arrived at 1810 hours and a white male adult with a mustache approached me, later identified as W01-Walker. He said his neighbor was being a nuisance because the couple living there are always arguing. W01-Walker said, “It is a necessity that you go talk to my neighbors” and “this neighborhood was livable before they moved in.” I radioed dispatch that there was a possible domestic violence dispute next door and told W01-Walker to stay inside. My partner arrived and we went next door.
Insuring that the front door is always child safety locked after every visitor parent carer or staff member leaves.
On Thursday, August 31, 2017 at approximately 2232 hours, I was dispatched to a residence across the street from 2220 University St in reference of a suspicious person inside of a black truck. Upon arrival I spoke to the complainant Ms. Delisa Smothers. Ms. Smothers stated that at approximately 2230 hours, an unknown black male went inside her neighbor's truck located across the street at 2221 University street.

Opposite to what some might believe, according to BOA’s Smith, “senior management is not the biggest hindrance to better security. Rather, the middle management might represent one of the largest challenges because they impact the organization daily.” Many organizations find it difficult to stay in compliance with different government laws and regulations like Sarbanes-Oxley Act and HIPAA in addition to Payment card industry Data security Standards. It does not help the fact that there is a scarcity in security professionals who have the technical and engineering skills that know how to explain the risks/rewards and the trade-off and can sell solutions within the organization.
