It's perturbing how PokemonGo appeared out of the blue, quickly took the world by storm and then fizzled away into nothing. That's the thing nowadays, isn't it. We constantly need something to enthral us. We crave the wow-factor, we need temporary bouts of excitement to pry us from the important things in life and to keep our bubbles of oblivion and denial intact. Everything seems so superfluous and frivolous or maybe i cant keep up with this fast-paced, technology infused life anymore. Idk. The depraved meaninglessness of it all and the contrived nature of human beings distresses

For example, my father’s colleague’s son, left their house door open searching for Pokemon outside, and during that short period of time when the door was left open, a raccoon entered the house. Naturally, this left the family in a panic. Although the young boy was getting some fresh air instead of being trapped inside of the house, the raccoon could have spread unwanted diseases to the family and damaged their home.
