Pokemon is a game played by many people in this school. It is a game that requires strategic thinking with many types of cards to choose from. People trade the cards to get better ones and to beat their opponent in a game. It has many benefits which includes improving strategic thinking, a way of making other friends and a stress reliever before and after classes. These are the reasons on why I think Pokemon cards should be allowed in school.
Playing Pokemon improves strategic thinking and can boost your mind meaning to help students think more critically. With all the different types of cards in Pokemon, you need to consider all of them which could leave your mind boggling. Strategy is a key component in this game. This ties into picking the right cards as those cards must be used to make a plan in order to defeat a students opponent in a friendly fun Pokemon card battle. Even if someone were to have a test, quiz or exam that day, Pokemon could warm up their minds as it will boost their thinking. This is one of the three reasons on why Pokemon should be allowed in school.

From past experiences, I have made friends with people older than myself as we would always trade out Pokemon cards with each other. This also brings in another reason which is Pokemon is meant for all ages meaning no one would be left out and everybody could play together. It can also bring people together as friends because now you know that you and the person you played against have the same interests (being Pokemon in this case) You could possibly find more in common than you know. This is why Pokemon could possibly help you make
“When you tear out a man’s tongue, you are not proving him a liar, you’re only telling the world that you fear what he might say.” ― George R.R. Martin. Throughout history, schools have books banned books for a host of reasons, from politically controversial content to profane language or violence. Book banning should no longer be allowed in schools because parents should the ones deciding what their child can or cannot read, it violates the First Amendment, and it does not teach children and teens to think for themselves.
Did you know that 15 minutes of recess each day could make your child smarter. In studies made across the world, researchers have found that recess has many benefits for our brains. Recess could help us from our behavior to our health and concentration. That’s why I think schools should have recess in middle schools.
“ I'm so tired of sitting in those same boring classes with teachers talking the whole class period, I would like a break in between academic classes.” Schools should have a break in the day where students can have time to get away from all the teacher talking. With that said, students should have recess in schools, because minor movement at recess can alter the child's physical health, when at recess with their peers they can learn cooperation skills and negotiation skills, and children learn many things by playing at recess. Recess can also help students with their communication skills, brain development, and physical health.
Most schools do not allow the use of cell phones in school or in class, so the school feels like changing their policy of cell phone use might be a bad idea. Students could take advantage or miss use the privilege of phones in class. There will always be students who act out in class, but the school must discipline those who do and reward those who do not.
What does Pokemon give to the world? Does it provide more than just joy to those who are socially awkward? Has Pokemon affected society for the best or the worst? There are many instances in which Pokemon has done both for the world. Pokemon has helped children with math and English. Pokemon has provided friendship to those who do not fit in as well as others. Pokemon has evoked many joyous moments in this world, but for every good thing, there is a bad thing waiting to accompany it. Schools have banned Pokemon at the playground and in class primarily because of fights over cards. I have been in feuds over Pokemon cards that did not end well. There are other reasons as to why Pokemon
Pokemon, which is usually geared towards a younger audience, has brought me great joy in life. It’s meaningful to me because it has constantly helped to cheer me up, especially when I’m upset. I could simply play for a few minutes and interact with my Pokemon, and suddenly I’m grinning at them and cheering them on in battle, my problems long forgotten. In addition, Pokemon has helped me become less introverted and allowed me to meet others and create wonderful friendships. In fact, one of my friends and I bonded over our love for the franchise. Once I started to talk to someone about it, I would come out of my shell and wouldn’t seem as shy. I would gain confidence as I continued to interact with others. I soon realized that Pokemon wasn’t
Letting kids have phones in school would be great, here is a few reasons why. When you go to school and you have an emergency you can use your phone. Also, teachers can use it for assignments and it will be faster. If you don't let students use them they will be at a disadvantage. Schools should let students use phones because, they can look up facts quicker and easier, save schools a lot of money, and teachers can use it for academics. Letting kids have phones will improve kids everyday life at school.
A video game course is a good method of stimulating the mind. Both video games and games, in reality, creates a problem in which the players within the game have to solve. These situations stimulate the mind and make your brain work hard in order to solve the issue within the game.
Pets. Pets are frequent in homes all over the world, but should they be allowed in schools? They are many different points of view on this subject but, many parents, teachers and kids believe that “pets are only a distraction and that is to hard for kids to care for a pet” but actually they are quite the opposite. Pets in the classroom believe it or not teach kids good skills and lets children benefit from interacting with these pets. Because of these reasons I think that pets should be allowed in classrooms.
Are you always on your phone? Either Snapchatting, on Instagram, scrolling through your twitter feed? It can be pretty temping to pick up your phone and do this stuff in class but you can use them in good ways in school. George Washington Middle School currently has cell phones banned in class. Although most teachers think that cell phones are a distraction, cell phones should be allowed in class because students feel anxious without their phones, there are many educational uses, and allowing phones is more convenient.
but fidget spinners should not be allowed in schools because there’s injuries from fidget spinners and they’re very distracting especially to others too by focusing on spinning than working at hand. There’s nothing fun about playing fidget spinners it just spins literally. Did you know that fidget spinners can be hypnotizing by the way it spins and it kind of shape like a triangle. Plus does fidget spinners in school really helps people stay up?.
People in many schools regularly sneak around on their cell phones, trying to hide them from

Central idea: Video games are beneficial for students in the classroom and home. Using video games in schools or higher institutions can help build teamwork, foster decisions, critical and strategic skills useful in schools, work and life.
The repetition of the statement claiming that video games do not help children in their educational enterprises is unfair. There have been numerous studies conducted providing evidence that children gain structural knowledge while engaging in video game play (Pillay 2002).
