Hi Micquaya. When I think of mental health itself, I do not automatically think of people that are suffering from a psychological issue. Mental health to me is just your psychological status. Mental illness causes me to think a psychological issue. The two are not the same in my eyes. Mental health is just as important as physical health. Physical health is just the status but if I were to say a physical disability it is completely different. The ways to promote good mental health are numerous. Taking care of your body is definitely a good way. Many times our mental status is directly related to our physical health. I know for me, it is hard to think clear when I do not get enough sleep.

In today’s society, a good quality education is an important and valuable necessity. As a college student at Lone Star College, my college experience has greatly influenced me in an enormous amount of ways. By attending college, I have not only had a chance to receive a quality education and degree, but also an opportunity to socialize and interact with various people from different cultures. In addition, the professors on campus have been extremely helpful towards teaching me to succeed in both inside and outside the class room. Furthermore, my college experience at Lone Star has greatly influenced and encouraged me to be successful and achieve my dream of becoming a doctor.

After receiving the news that Desoto High School’s district administrators failed to plan for a rainy day venue that could accommodate a stadium view crowd of elated parents, friends, and loved ones; graduating seniors ran around like chickens with their heads cut off-squawking and fumbling about. What were more than 600 graduating seniors to do? Where were they to go to complain about this incredible fiasco? This research topic will focus on implementation of in hospital chest compressions in CPR. It will be based on a comparison of the efficacy of manual compressions and automated chest compressions in relation to survival outcomes. The potential attributes and short comings related to manual and automated chest compression will be reviewed. Intensive care unit (ICU) nurses have to be prepared to implement CPR during a cardiac arrest code. In consideration that patients in the ICU are often only marginally stable it is important that ICU nurses are familiar with their patient’s recent and past medical histories.
