Their schedules are generally flexible, and may spend time outside of class time in administrative, student advising, and research activities (O*NET,2016). To become a post-secondary law teacher educational requirements vary by subject and the type of educational institution. Must have a Ph.D. But however, a master’s degree only qualifies for a job at community colleges. Post-secondary law teachers work with students who are taking classes to improve their knowledge or career skills (O*NET,2016). Knowledge that a post-secondary law teacher should have would be knowledge of law, knowledge of principles and methods, knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods, and the knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming (Bureau of Labor Statistics,2016).
