My favorite sport is football. It is a great way to teach a whole team teamwork and to improve mental and physical strength. You will have to work very hard to get good at it and even harder to get other people to see you as a good football player. If you really want to make football a lifetime job than a good way to start is to work hard at football games and practices and hope that a college coach is watching the game and notices that new skill you just earned with all that practice. If he does notice you then he could give you a scholarship to that college, then you could play football for that college and then get into college for free, yes I said free. If you do well as college level, then you might get noticed by one of the teams in the NFL. You would then be able to get your team into superbowls and football players working for the NFL earn any amount of money from 2.6 million dollars at 20 years old to 6 million dollars a year at age 40. As you can see that is a big amount which is why you could sustain yourself and many others for years after your first few years. You would be earning a lot more than minimum
At the end of each NFL season data is gathered to determine who the best overall players in the NFL are. The data gathering is done by a group named Pro Football Focus. The mindset that society thrusts upon most high school athletes can take away from academics and other opportunities they may have for their future. For many high school football athletes, they are primarily focused on one thing throughout their high school years: sports. Evidence 1: In towns such as Odessa in Friday Night Lights, players are swallowed up by the glamour of football and neglect most things not related to football, rather than balance sports with academics. “It was a phenomenon that Trapper had seen dozens of times before, a kid so caught up in it all that there was no room for anything else, another kid for whom nothing in life would ever be so glorious, so fulfilling as playing high school football. Trapper didn’t see the
Sports are something that everyone in the world, regardless of age, sex, or nationality, can enjoy. Whether it's a child playing in his first t-ball game or a professional athlete swimming in the Olympics and everyone in between, sports can connect almost everyone. Fan support and overall devotion for athletic competition has raised professional athletes to superstars and national icons; Super Bowl Sunday is a national holiday to some, and sports are one of the largest moneymakers in the economy.
Football is probably a good opposite from baseball with these topics. The first being the leadership involved in the sport. Every football team chooses their captains to lead their teams. The captains are athletic, mature, vocal, and enthusiastic. The captains that are chosen are basically semi-coaches and are huge role models for the younger guys coming into the program. Games are many times won by their captains leading their team through an entire game both verbally and physically. A football team without captains is not a football team at

There are eight physiological adaptations that a touch football player would experience in response to training; these include a change in stroke volume, heart rate, cardiac output, oxygen uptake, lung capacity, hemoglobin levels, muscle hypertrophy and the effect on slow- and fast-twitch muscle fibers.

Sports are very vital. They offer a lifestyle, an occupation, and even a dream. Sports require physical activity and skill in which a team or an individual compete against others for entertainment. As David G. McComb comments in "Sports in World History", "there is a high degree of training, investment, and coaching, along with spectators, rules, publicity, and institutional control that come along with these activities." While participating in sports, it is required to be able to undertake a difficult situation and perform the best out of it. Sports are definitely more than just a game.
Playing football has had the most impact on the development of my character. I started playing football when I was 5 years old. Playing football has taught me many valuable lessons. While playing football, I have better understood the values of hard work. Football taught me that the only way to succeed in something is by working harder than anyone else. Football has also taught me that when working with a team, everybody has an important role and if one person slacks off it hurts the entire team. There is no “I” in team and teamwork is a valuable life lesson. Whenever teammates are focused on individual accomplishments, instead of the team’s success, the team as a whole does not perform as well. I have learned through this that when you

For as long as I can remember football has been a part of my life in some way, shape, or form. When I was first born my grandfather said that I was solid and built to play football. I used to throw the football with my mother when I was a toddler and she always told me that when I tried to tackle her I hit really hard. My first organized football experience was when I was five. I had just moved to Manassas, VA from Washington, D.C. in 1994. It was around fall and that was right at the beginning of football season in the area. I remember telling my mother that I wanted to play, so she looked for a local organization for children. She came across the Greater Manassas Football League (GMFL) and that is where I began to play the game I
