Puerto Rico Cost Of Living

When travelling there are many places you can go visit, whether it be to visit friends and family or just for vacation. Most people think of going to somewhere warm and sunny, like the Bahamas. Don’t be average and pick the Bahamas to go to for vacation. I think you should come to Chicago. Chicago has many different activities to choose from year around. Oh and our food is exquisite!

Have you ever been somewhere that you would go to that place every day of your life? Well that place for me is New Orleans! I went to New Orleans two years ago with my volleyball team for nationals. It was super fun and exciting to see an amazing place. New Orleans is definitely my favorite place to travel. They have very fun things there to do and very good places to eat.

Have you ever gone to a place to visit? Where have you been? What did you do there? I would like to go back to Florida, because last time I was there I was very little. My grandma and grandpa use to live there. In Florida there are lots of places to go and lots of things to do. My favorite things about Florida is fishing in the Gulf of Mexico, the different animals you can see, and the warm weather.

The opportunities which are available to every unemployed worker in the United States are training programs, health insurance assistance, and food and emergency aid. With these programs available to the unemployed in the United States, it is helping put America back to work, and giving people the opportunity to go back school to be retrained in a new field of work which they didn’t have the chance to do in the past. Since Puerto Rico isn’t a state they don’t have these programs that assist the unemployed to help them get back to work, in turn it’s causing a big problem for their economy.

What's a common location that comes up in discussion when someone thinks of a destination to get away from all the hustle and bustle of the Main land of the United States? Normally Puerto Rico isn't too far away from conversation. Puerto Rico is a beautiful place with the perfect climate and many historical sites to take that getaway that you have always wanted. Today we will discuss major issues in/of Puerto Rico, the significance of this research and data sources, and lastly I will describe the data collected and research found during my inquiry on the region known as Puerto Rico

In recent years Puerto Rico has been voting on if they want to become a state, its own independence, or remain a commonwealth state. The most recent vote showed that the people of Puerto Rico want the island to become a state. If the vote passes, Puerto Rico will receive adequate amount of support from the United State government. For example, the recent hurricanes to devastate Puerto Rico. The United States government has not given the island the proper support to help rebuild. There were over three million American citizens without power. It has been estimated to take six months for every person in Puerto Rico to receive power. Also, Puerto Rico is in a massive amount of debt. This stems back to their constitution. Since Puerto Rico promises to pay back all debt before they pay for their public services. If they become a state then the debt owed to the United States will disappear. Also, they will be able to receive a bail out from the government to help with any other debts. I think we all have a beautiful place in our mind. Somewhere where we can go and get away from our everyday life. A place where we can just go and have a good time and forget about everything we left behind. That place for me is Assateague Island, Maryland. I have only been to Assateague Island two or three times but I for sure would love to go down again, sometime soon. The experience that I had down there was amazing.

I loved it, going to the beach every day, whether August or December. Living there and being taken care of during the day by my one hundred Puerto Rican grandparents, Spanish was my first language. Of course, I learned English too and had them both down fluently enough to have the ability to use them interchangeably. Negi’s experience growing up in Puerto Rico and living in Brooklyn made her an independent and outspoken person. It also made her realize that she could be anything she wanted as long as she worked hard and got a good education. Negi was never a very independent person but towards the end of the book she learned that she needed to be independent, self sufficient and hard working to get ahead in life. Moving to New York really enabled her to do this because no one knew her, she didn’t have a reputation and she could make a new identity. In the book Santiago uses a happy and cheerful tone to describe Puerto Rico and a more confused and wondering tone to describe Brooklyn.

Integrating Puerto Rico into the United States and changing its political status to state would be a great accomplishment on the United States part. Puerto Rico is facing many obstacles not just economically but also government wise, the structure of the government causes many problems to arise. Also the residents of the island are not provided with all the benefits and rights that are provided by the government to the states, Which is why it would be a great upgrade of the island to be integrated as a state.

PARIS, FRANCE -- I am finally here, in the heart of France. I have found a place to live in, just at the borders of the city. It is quite small, with only a bedroom and a dainty little kitchen. But I like it. It is right by the lake, so during the summer months I can go fishing. I just finished unpacking, so I decided to go greet my new neighbor.

I have been to Hawaii before and there are many tourist places. Additionally, there are plenty of exotic fruits and food that are interesting to try there. It is a place where I wouldn't need to learn and can relax and have a get away from high school. Hawaii has many places for Luau and being able to watch Hawaii interesting culture and eating a change of food would be nice. Tt would be awesome to be far away from infants and crying toddlers;the last thing I need is a crying baby ruining my plans by giving me a headache. Hiking would be awesome too because you can see stunning waterfalls.

Lets start out with my favorite place my homeland Bosnia. I went there so far 4 times in my life 2000 , 2005 , 2008 and 2010. The reason I visit there is too see my Grandmother’s and Grandfather’s grave. I see all my family around it and visit my camp. We cook our amazing lamb that we put lots of salt on it so its really salty. I love visiting my other Grandfather and Grandmother's house where we make more awesome food like our beef sausage and our
