I like all types of music, almost every stle of it. Rap is my favorite genre though. I listen to music with almost everything that I do. Rather it’s riding in the car, cleaning up the house, or even eating I listen to music. I believe that it really helps me focus. I think that music makes everything better. I couldn’t imagine life without music. A lot of people wouldn’t be famous today if music didn’t exist. Television shows would be so boring without music. People usually know a tv show by it’s theme song. Music started a long time ago, it had developed greatly over time. People who are into music, figure out ways to make the music industry expand every day. You would think the music industry is not that hard to deal with, and anyone
Have you ever imagined what it would be like if Jaws lacked its famous theme? It would be very anti-climatic, wouldn't it? If you put it on a larger scale, the world would be quite mundane place without music. As a person who cannot go a day without listening to some tracks, I definitely agree to that statement. In my opinion, music is an enhancement that helps set the mood in an environment.
1) My favorite type of music is hip hop. I grew up listening to great hip hop artists such as Eminem, Drake, and Lil Wayne. I like this kind of music so much because I can express myself through listening to hip hop. All my family and friends listen to hip hop also.

Rap music is defined as popular music advanced by disc jockeys and urban blacks in the late 1970s. This kind of music consists of a repeated beat pattern that provides the background for rapid, urban language, accompanied by a vocalist. Hip-Hop music is a genre that originated in the United States by inner-city African Americans in the 1970s which consists of a stylized rhythmic music that commonly accompanies rapping, a rhythmic and rhyming speech that is chanted. In the world today, music has become a big influence on everyone. With the power of music, each person has the ability to accomplish goals even if the music is country or rap. Most people believe that music can change a person’s mood or behavior which is true. Without music people could not control the way they act. Most music has the power to affect a person’s mood and other music can get them out of control. If music did not exist the world would be tedious. Without having music, people would not be able to motivate their moods. With the magic of music all people tend to have clear minds and better spirits. Music has the ability to put a smile on their face and a special song in their hearts. Even though most people feel confident about a special song, this can change their mind about how country music is better than rap music.
My explanatory writing is about how hip hop and rap music how it changed since 1908s and how it is compared to now. Also how it got better and improved a lot by being in the top billboard and gaining more publicity.
Does “hip hop” belong to the younger generation only? Well to me hip hop is most likely for the younger generation because elderly people don’t understand the music nowadays. Elderly people don’t like listening to rap and hip hop because nowadays its very disgusting and disrespectful. And the younger like music it because they most likely can relate to it and bounce music is real disrespectful thats why elderly don’t listen to it.
The debate of whether rap and hip hop are the same has been around since the art forms became popular. In reference to history, everyone wants to add to the discussion. People tend to obscure history by adding their own ideas on how things really originated. In the case of Rap and Hip hop, many people try to force the two genres into one due to the fact that Rap and Hip hop share some similar features. Many fail to see that hip hop is different from rap.
I don't follow rap music. I think it's dumb and annoying but if i'm in a really bad mood like after school i will listen to it on my way home. I would much rather listen to rock. Metallica is my favorite band. Rock music is so much more soothing than listening to rap music. Rap music doesn't relate to me in anyway or make me feel good, but some of the lyrics are pretty funny.
A popular genre of music is Rap / Hip Hop. There are many versions of this genre, but it is mainly composed of auto-tuned rhymes brought together with funky musical beats, including loud bass and other various drum beats. When people say "music saved my life," they are saying they found themselves once to be weak and eventually found strength through music. You can find yourself alone in the life you live but when you listen to music you realize you'll never be alone. I believe music gives people a sense of hope that they don't have to feel like they're the only one's going through things. Music can express more than words and it gives people a constant when their world seems to be chaotic. It's something some people need in their life and to be who they are and go on day by day.
People say that music has the ability to heal a person mentally and spiritually. But to me, music is much more than just healing. It is a way for me to escape this world called reality and enter a world with in my imagination through the different beats, harmony, and chorus. Only when listening to music, I can truly feel all my emotions with each song having the power to make me remember, from painful to happy memories. As I grew up to be the person I am today, my music journey also grows with me. Looking back at it now, I would never want to change a single thing.
There was never a question in my mind that music possesses a strong element to help people. It has always been a stress reliever in my life. There is research that supports the belief that music is an instrumental part or impact on a wider realm of physical and mental disorders or disabilities. Music is known to set the mood or atmosphere for all types of situations. There is extensive research completed on this subject.
Although millions of people listen to music everyday, many people never take notice of how many genres exist throughout the world. Two genres that take popular notice in the music industry, that may be considered as “opposite sides of the coin”, the genres can easily be compared and contrasted, no matter which compare or contrast side is favored. The Broadway genre, which is notably alongside musical theatrics, or simply theatrics in general, is not only for the sophisticated population in it’s essence, but is even favored by adolescents of all ages. Due to the variety of musicals that have been created throughout the past one hundred years, there is a musical for any type of person, no matter how much or how little they favor the Broadway genre. The rap genre, however, can seem extremely different from most genres of music. Nevertheless, if a person finds an area of the rap genre that comes to their own liking, they may come to the realization that not all of it is the same, which can be true. Typically, rap, which stands for “rhythm and poetry”, has a fast paced, recurring beat, with a vocalist rhythmically speaking patterned lyrics throughout a song. In many popular songs today, rap can take up an entire song, or simply be put in a single verse in another vocalist’s performance. Although the rap genre and Broadway genre are slightly similar in terms of the music production, they are, however, significantly different in the way that they are performed, and the reasons why
