Reflection on my Experience Working as Group
Introduction My fellow group members were Jenna Ambrosius and Hannah Johnson. Each group member contributed towards our final paper and presentation. We divided the competencies amongst ourselves. Overall, I hope that we all felt that it was truly a team effort. I tried to be inclusive and open to all member’s ideas.
Group Member Contribution Jenna contributed to the coverage of client relationships and client selection. She also helped with the creation and organization of those sections of the presentation Also, Jenna formulated our original project plan and secured our interview with Mr. Kellen Fish. Hannah contributed to the coverage of competencies and morality of our paper. She also organized and created her portion of the presentation relating to these topics. And lastly, I covered Mr. Fish’s Pro Bono activities and integrity in relation to the paper and the presentation.
Group Member Strength Jenna wrote about client selection and client relationships. One strength of having Jenna on our team was her ability to write and proofread well. She was an asset during the writing and editing process. She was able to take all our different sections and create a consistent tone. Hannah was always very positive when it came to our group work. She was also very flexible and willing to work on whichever topic she was given. I feel that this is a great strength in a group dynamic because it brings balance.

1. List and briefly describe the two most significant distinctions or awards you have earned at university/college/CEGEP, or upper years in high school.
In high school I was not the best at writing. I did not find this out until I was places in advanced English. I was used to writing papers that had to be simple. So when I started receiving C’s and D’s I told myself something had to change. I finally realized that I could not write as well as most of my classmates. So, what I ended up doing was making my papers more complex and making my sentences stronger. When I applied myself I became a stronger writer. As I took the diagnostic test I saw I was making a lot of mistakes. At the end I made a 70. From this I could see why I encountered the bad experiences in high school and in college.
The group comprised of two other members; Adriana Velez, and Marcelo Briosi. I was rather excited due to the few number of group members. Having few group members meant that the proportion of differing opinions were limited, thus, lessening the number of times the group members disagreed on the pertinent discussion

Although she prefers to work independently, Julia understands that she needs to be able to work in a team and wants to continue improving in this area.

Colleen supports what is best for the team, is dependable and does her share of the work. An example of this is her support for the AMS R3 project; she worked with Program Management on setting up the project briefs and provided input on best practices.
Roxanne worked with me for 7 years in the Indirect Channel at Sprint and was always a top performer due to her determination and work ethic. Several barriers stood in Lisa’s path of becoming a partner. One such barrier was the fact that even though her credentials, commendations, and work ethic were extremely high, she was never respected by the CEO, Michael Breyer, as someone who deserved to be on an executive level. His

The scent of fresh waffles, sound of radio pop music, light from the open sign. Just another long day at work. Everything is just like the usual. Restock utensils, greet customers, take orders, collect payments, and clean up. At seventeen, wanting to save up for my post-secondary tuition, I decided to work a part time job alongside school. I thought that not only does it give me money, it can also give me valuable work experience. Working at a part time job sounds like a perfect opportunity for me. However, after this experience, my perspective of working in the service industry completely changed.
