An innocent child is standing in a candy store and looking at all his favorite options from which to choose. He slowly reaches for the bag of M&Ms, and he does not know what all the chemicals in that bag will cause him. The M&Ms have ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) causing carcinogens in them called food dyes. These food additives help the food products stay vibrant and eye catching but America’s youth does not know what the consequences are when you eat these products. Children think they are nice and colorful but they do not know what lies behind the wonderful rainbow of colored M&Ms in that bag. That is why The United States needs to ban food color additives to make our nation healthier. The main points on food dyes are the problems they cause, the counter argument against them and the steps the country can take to solve these problems.

In my past job, the company mandates risk assessment before doing for any business transactions, so that we are in compliant with relevant regulations and do not do any risky deals that end up with litigation or incur losses to our business. The guidelines also apply for non-business transactions and any internal decisions. The strategy is to take a risk that is known and manageable or spread, so that we add value to the company's profit and shareholders. The task was to scale the current information system, so that we can comply with regulatory requirement which always has time commitment.
Participants underwent a screening process to ensure eligibility and were then randomly assigned to a treatment, or a control group. Those in the worry exposure group were trained to listen to one worry image at a time for 20-30 minutes and use a 0-100 SUDS scale to measure anxiety. Students placed in the expressive writing group were told to write about their academic worry in detail for 20 minutes per session. Audio-photic stimulation was administered through headphones for 35 minutes at a time, and programmed for worry reduction. The participants continued this for one month before being evaluated again for pathological academic stress.

Assessing an adult for sexual recidivism can be a different type of work than evaluating a juvenile, and requires a different set of risk assessment tools. That being said, adult risk assessment tools initially, and continue to inform juvenile risk assessment tools, therefore, a foundational introduction to adult risk assessment is beneficial to better understand juvenile risk assessment (Christiansen & Vincent, 2013; Collie, Ward, & Vess, 2008; Prescott, 2004). Recognizing this need for some foundational understanding of risk assessment, The Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers (ATSA) has set forth some guidelines for adult risk assessment.
Within the justice system, clinicians are asked to make a determination of risk for both adult and juvenile offenders. This evaluation of risk is then used by various legal entities to determine if that offender will be required to register as a sex offender. For both adult and juvenile offenders, the specific requirements of sex offender registration can vary dramatically from state to state (Batastini, Hunt, Present-Koller, & DeMatteo, 2011; Viljoen, et al., 2008). This can be problematic if an offender either wishes to reside in a different state then the offense was committed in, or if the offender commits an offense in a state he does not reside in.
Safety checks should be carried out to eliminate the risk of putting the safety of people attending a sporting event at risk.
Probably the biggest concern there is in regards to this study is the one pointed out by Langer and Rodin, which is that it may have been unethical to present the participants with a greater level of control over their lives just to have it taken away. This study impacted the history of psychology by proving that a sense of control is important for peoples physical and mental health.

The English Worry and Anxiety Questionnaire asked participants to provide a list of their six daily worry subjects. 2.
