From my own experiences, I completely understand the issues that you have faced with your employer. Kinicki and Fugate (2016) state that value attainment is that satisfaction results from the perception that a job allows for fulfillment of an individual’s important values. It is important for you to seek value in your employment. We often work in spaces that make us unhappy because of financial obligations or because we are comfortable within our positions. It is important that you challenge employers to ensure that growth is the main objective and that they are aware of all the great things that you bring to the table. Kinicki, A., & Fugate, M. (2016). No right schedule is being released by the management, there is no sales management planning in the organization. The leadership runs from the top. The employees just want to make sales without having concern about the company in that they work. Moreover, the uncertain night calls and long distance travels for the reps and frequent changes in the sales organizational structure has made problem even worse.

Management’s perceived need to continually push employees to act right is apparent in the way they handles the missing cover page on Peter’s TPS report. Stress To study stress in the work place, researchers often measure the existing stressors being dealt with by employees. The stressors may be either physical or psychological demands to which an individual responds and, if chronic or persistent, can lead to negative reactions or responses called strains. Physical task stressors include excessive heat, noise, and light, as well as job demands such as a time-pressured work pace, heavier workload, and the amount of hours worked.
