How many hours can you spend moderating the server?: 12-14 Hours, maybe more after school is over.

Why do I want to become staff... Why the fuck am I wasting an hour of my time on MY Sunday, to fill out an application that probably won't be accepted. I'm not active - hell I haven't even opened Minecraft in over 2 months. Now I'm sure as of right now most of you are actively typing "No" at the bottom of this page. "Improper Presentation" "Too Inactive" "Was removed from staff in the past". I'm not going to sit here and beg you for a position that I don't even deserve. I'm writing this application to see what you think. Am I fit to be a staff member?

When I began Arkham Network (3 years ago) I always had the hope of becoming staff on the server. After applying several times and being denied for minimal effort, I gave up. Realizing my mistake of giving up, I had close bonds with staff and they encouraged me into applying again. Feeling great, I applied again and received the "Trial" rank on March 2015. Shortly after, I was promoted to a higher rank "Enforcer". With this rank, I gained more knowledge of the variety of commands Minecraft has and I learned the correct uses of them. Soon, I resigned due to IRL problems and remained on donor ever since.

Many people have different reasons to apply for staff. Mine will sound a little cheesy but its true. I purely enjoy helping people. It gives me a sense of gratitude when I show someone how to do things the right way or help someone with their issues. I am a good problem solver and I have an analytical brain. These traits make my job easy and fun. I know that staff isn’t meant to be a fun job, but keeping a cheerful attitude on job and being friendly to players makes more people want to come back to the server. I have two modes when being staff; one cheery light mood when I joke around and talk with players and a serious mood when dealing with issues. I NEVER allow these two to mix together because that could jeopardize my position and probably annoy some players. Lastly, I know that certain people apply for the rank because they think it will bring them respect and make them cool. I have never considered this as a reason to apply and I frankly hate these types of people. They often end up abusing their power and getting banned. I have never abused and will never abuse. Yes, I have had lots of experience with server moderation. Some of the servers I have been staff on were almost as big or a bit smaller than Blast. The first server I would like to talk about is RetronixPvPMC. RetronixPvPMC was a server that launched about 1-2 years ago, when I was first starting Minecraft. I played on there everyday after school, and applied to be a ADMIN. Keep in mind, this server is a factions server. At the time, the server was averaging around 3 -5 people on it. Then I applied, I was accepted and was a ADMIN. There was Servers like factions. Because of me making the server more interesting not only to the regular playerbase, but to the staff and owner as well, I earned myself Head-Admin. I was a builder/helper on a friends server, (Kosmo's Mini-Games,) which had about 10-20 players a day. I spent more time building rather than moderating, though. Have you been staff on any other server?: Yes, I ran two servers with my friend and moderated a op faction server called RedZoneCraft. The two servers I owned, which shut down because of financial, I coded and administered on their. My other experiences as staff include running my own server with a couple of friends for 2 summers in a row. 2013 and 2014. It went by the name of McAssault and was not as big as a server as Warfine is. I managed the financial and hard-ware side of the server, while my friend Zeebra456 developed cool plugins and other features we used to reel in fresh players.

During the week I can play 2 to 5 hours on the server and during the weekend I can spend 5 to 8 hours on the server.

Do you have any past moderation experience: I have had some past moderation experience, however, I do not have any proof of this. The server I was Staff on was a Mianite Roleplay Server wth no more than 20 people on at one time. I started off with [Helper] then I within weeks I worked myself up to [Admin].With these roles, I had to moderate the chat, deal with kicks and bans, deal wth disputes and questions as well as making sure people felt comfortable with how the server worked/was run. Through this, I now think I am ready for a larger, more difficult yet exciting experience!
