In the first months of college, I wasn’t so sure if I wanted to pursue architecture, finance, or engineering; I was utterly lost, unlike many of my peers. Over the months, I pondered on what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. Then, I realized I was never interested in obtaining a job where I would sit at a desk and stare at some numbers on a computer screen for 9 hours every day. Through my daily routine and utilization of time, I realized I found less joy in the courses I applied least outside of the classroom, yet was intrigued that with the many hours I worked in the studio. I could work on a skill in which I could use in the career I wanted; a path in which I could leave a legacy through molding the world the way I wanted to see
Communication is one of the most vital and effective keys to any profession. It is one thing that is vital to any profession and is highly recommended to be educated for education professions. When your part of a health care profession it involves talking to different cultures and audients, like patients and clients. For all types of the people that you will talk to will receive different types of communication skills. There three types of communication skills, writing, listening, and speaking. During my life I was taught education is important to make it in today’s society. So because of that I went to school for C.N.A. (Certified Nursing Assistant) straight out of high school in 1992. After working in this field for a couple years I decided that this field wasn’t what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. I investigated complaints made against ABC licensed locations. I supervised details that required an operations plan to be submitted as well as supervising other ABC Agents assigned to the detail. I supervised these details which investigated the sale of alcohol and tobacco products to underage minors. My duties included conducting background investigations into individuals and corporations applying for liquor licenses. In my early forties, I was given a second chance to choose a career. I was laid off from my workplace of 18 years due to a slump in the oil industry. I started working with an employment agency to perfect my resume and come up with creative ways that my skills transferred to other industries, but my heart wasn’t in it. My job had meant to be a short-term pit-stop on my way to realizing my true purpose, one that got too comfortable. This was an opportunity for me to select a meaningful career that I could be proud of.

Moreover, Australia bureau of statistics reported that with the age growing and more remote areas, the population of diabetes are increasing. There are 39% people in ATSI suffer diabetes at the age of 55 years old and over. (ABS, 2013).

Currently, coalitions aren’t communicating but commanders of the geographic area are making the decisions on what information is being given. Gradually, leaders of coalitions are having trouble with sharing information among the coalition, of course, there is no secure system that handles secret releasable information. When I started taking college courses, I was still working as a freelance writer. It was something that I've been doing for the past 7 years and it helped pay the bills for awhile. For the last two years, I worked for at-home call customer service jobs to help make ends meet. Unfortunately, neither of those previous jobs lasted, and I continued to try to find my way to better paying opportunities as a freelancer. In the past month or so, I decided that this whole freelancing thing isn't working out anymore, and decided to get another full-time job in customer service.
If you we are tired of being at that same died end job make that change and go back to school to get that additional education to pursue your dream that you have. Working a job and having a career are two different things. After spend some years in the work force I decided to further my education. I wanted a career that I can advance in and learn more.
One of the crucial moments in my life was the decision I had to take; as to what I was going to do next in life. Having completed my Advanced Level in 2013, I realized that it was not the end of my career as a student. I needed strong academic foundation along with other soft skills to meet the challenges and survive in this commercial world as a successful individual. In view of these thoughts, I was unable to make a firm decision as to what my career direction would be. After a month or so of various discussions with my parents, friends and other learned people I was able to reason out the best choice for me.
