Sexual Harassment In Australia

Decent Essays

Introduction
Sexual harassment still remains a serious problem in workplaces around Australia and can affect anyone no matter their age or gender. There are many rules and laws in place around Australia to prevent this issue but there are still many cases every year, it is the one of the most common types of complaints received by the Australian Human Rights Commission under the Sex Discrimination Act.

This is why sexual harassment cases have not diminished, many people do not report these cases and therefore, they cannot be stopped.
