Sleeping Disorders: What it is
Sleep disorders are caused by sleeping too much in the daytime, or it may also be caused by medical conditions. It can be physiological or psychological reasons. Sometimes we can have problems with sleeping. But it is only normal if it is sometimes. If it happens repeatedly then it is a problem it might be you are experiencing a sleeping disorder.

There are many are many forms of sleeping disorders and causes. It can have a negative problem on you. You can experience energy loss, health problems, and emotional balance. If you experience feeling sleepy during the day, drinking lots of caffeine to be able to function, having difficulties staying awake while watching TV then you may have a sleeping disorder. …show more content…

If you think that you or any person you know may have sleep apnea you have to see a doctor as soon as possible. This is very serious. It is a life threatening sleep disorder. It can be treated with Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP). This a device that looks like a mask and i delivers a stream of air to you while you sleep. Sleeping on your side is another way to help turn a mild case into a moderate case.

Sleep apnea may include many symptoms. Some of them are snoring really loud, pausing in breathing, snorting in sleep, waking up with headaches, pains in the chest, shortness of breath, a dry throat.

Restless legs syndrome is a sleep disorder that is part of the nervous system that affects the legs and makes them have an urge to move them. Because it happens in sleep, it is considered a sleep disorder. Sometimes it is not just the legs, sometimes it is also arms or other parts of the body. It can go from bad to really bad. It is known to be worse in the evening and at night and less severe in the morning. This syndrome can be so bad that it can even mess up a person’s quality of life. Restless legs syndrome may affect both women and men but it is more common for a woman to have it, she may have it at any age. Most of the people that have it severely are middle-aged or older.
