It is a shame that I was unable to see you during my spring rush. It has been a while since we have talked. I recall you were one of my interviewers during the fall, so I would like to finally get the time to see you once more. I understand that you have a lot of leadership and internship positions so I'll probably pick your brain about all of that.
We had a good meeting this week. The end of this term is approaching. You have completed most of final assignments and are ready to prepare for your final exams. These next two weeks look less busy. So, I would like to encourage you to use this time to work on your portfolio and resume and get ready to apply for jobs. Dr. Tan has some information about jobs tat you can apply for. Meet with her to have this information on hand.
2.I opt for this sentence because I love the imagining Barber gives to represent a type of cultural identity we perceive to be true. Barber illustrates McWorld goes into Jihad while the people are portrayed as "locals" in a sense that is virtually completely fake, delegated, and undeserved.

This debate is set April 12, 1861 between a congressman from New Haven, Connecticut, of the United States of America and a congressman from Jackson, Mississippi, of the Confederate States of America. Each congressman is very well informed of the issues leading up to the Civil War. They will debate over a variety of different issues that include secession validity, race relations, a plan to win the war, and a postwar vision. Each side will have a chance to debate said facts, opinions, and convincing arguments in a respectful manner. Was slavery the main cause leading to up to the Civil War, or was it states’ rights? With so many factors at play, the
1a. According to Loewen’s introduction, high school students hate history because nobody expects much from it. Many people are bored of history because we already know the ending of all the textbook’s “stories.” The textbooks have a monotone voice, and are technically clones of each other. Apparently history professions do not even review the textbooks in order to check if they have any historical mistakes in them. Also the authors of the textbooks wrote in them like there are still no debates about any of the topics, so students are not meant to question history. The textbooks are written through “white eyes” so they are biased and full of nationalism. Textbooks do not include
I wanted to meet with you to discuss your performance for this quarter. Feel free to contribute in any way. All questions are welcome.
The five-minute warning bell goes off. I rush to my first class of my junior year, eager to see my classmates, who I was going to spend the rest of the 9 months with. I find myself stumbling into a classroom plastered with decorations of Denzel Washington with a Dr. Seuss book in his hand, a t and college flags galore. My AP English 11 class suddenly seemed so appealing to me. As a beautiful, curly haired short lady stood in front of me and said “Welcome to AP English 11,” I knew that I had found a treasure so much greater than just a pretty classroom. Little did I know, that short lady was going to inspire me throughout my challenge filled second-to-last year of high school.
I’m writing for a request of a reconsideration of my final grade (EDU 600 Professor Dresser). The last couple of months have been extremely difficult on my personal life. On April 20th my husband passed away and the week before graduation my farther fell ill. He suffered with violent seizures; I slept in the hospital (in a chair next to his bed) the week prior to graduation, only to leave to attend the ceremony. Four months to the day of my husbands passing my father passed but not without complications (Two intubation, tracheostomy and peg feeding tube). As his health care proxy I was left to make extremely hard decisions for his life.
I have attached a copy of my high school transcript with the courses and grades I have received throughout my last two years at Anacortes High School. This semester, I am taking ASB Leadership, Strength and Conditioning, Drama 3, Pre-Calc, AP Environmental Science, AP Literature and Composition, and Teacher's Aide for Mr. Thompson. My favorite classes I have taken at AHS are Honors World Religions and ASB Leadership. Honors World Religions is one of my favorite classes because it challenges you to think differently than any other class does. It not only talks about religious history, but also current world issues that involve religion. This class is said to be one of the hardest classes at AHS, but it is also the most interesting class I have
This school is miserable. I can’t believe my parents made me attend Ramapo High School. The people in this school are a buncha phonies with rich parents. Everyone acts like they’re entitled to everything because of their social status. I’m trying really hard to apply myself but I can’t handle the surrounding that I am in. To be honest though, I’ve been to schools that were way worse than Ramapo. The worst one was Indian Hills. God damn, that place was a hell of a dump. I ran away from that place so many times that even I started to become concerned for myself. My only friends here at Ramapo are Ackley and Jane. Ramapo has over a 1000 students enrolled, and those 2 are the only ones that I know of that aren’t phonies. You want to know what characteristics

The class of UWP 23 was one of the most important classes for me in order to graduate from UC Davis, that is why the preparation for this midterm. In preparation for this midterm, I have read multiple documents provided by Professor Demchuk and the UWP faculty. I also prepare a framework for the midterm, utilizing the resources provided in order to prove my point of view. How many preparation however, might not be able to make me ready for the midterm. As a student who is easily influence by pressure, the whole process of working on the midterm of stressful for me, before and after it. And the time limit of two hours for me isn’t enough, while I believe that a lot of others might beg differ, since the essay only require 700 words, which is
Mr. Hart, I have managed to amaze myself one again. Last semester I signed up for English 2330 I thought I signed up for 2130 but that was not the case. I thought I was lucky enough to have the same professors again the following semester. So here it is I am taking your English 2330 class again. I do not know if I should finish this semester since this course only counts once. Do you have any recommendations?
