THE MOST INSPIRATIONAL AND MOTIVATIONAL PERSON
“The things you do for yourself are gone when you are gone, but the things you do for others remain as your legacy.”, said Kalu Ndukwe Kalu. This quote means that what people do or say in their lives have influential impacts on the living of others and thus inspire those who consider their legacies. From the childhood, people do develop their attitudes and behaviors from their fathers and other peers. And mostly at age of 20, when they grow up, they tend to change their mind, and start developing their attitudes and behaviors from the person they admire the most- Steve Jobs. Steve Jobs is the most inspirational and motivational person because of his creativity in taking decision, beliefs, perseverance of enduring challenges.

He was creative; for example, Steve Jobs made all designs of the Macintosh computer, the iMac, the iPod, iPad, and iPhone. This trait of creativity always helps to come up with sudden new ideas of solving some problems in life. For example, Patrick, a current salesman at Bboxx Rwanda, testified that Steve’s creativity in solving and taking decision inspired him to leave a job in 2014 and went back to high school- a decision that changed his life. Likewise, he was so persistent and never giving up, and thus he said, "I'm convinced that about half of what separates successful entrepreneurs from the non-successful ones is pure perseverance." This means that when someone fails to persist challenges and give up easily, she/he will not be successful in life. And his persistence was applied in the academic life at Kepler when students could get stuck for more than three hours on one question in CSM but still trying until they made it right. Steve Jobs is always a voice that tells many people to be a man of

He never gave up even when the times were tough, and that is why he was so successful. The speech he gave encouraged everybody else to follow their dreams and not to let anybody or anything stop that, and it had such a big impact on hundreds and thousands of people's lives. Although Jobs was specifically speaking to the students at Stanford, his message is relevant to everyone around the world. Entrepreneur. Businessman. Inventor. Industrial Designer. Not to mention he was one of the most famous of them all. Steve Jobs was an American icon, and he left a lasting impact on the world through his miraculous advice. Many of his most famous quotes came from his Commencement Speech at Stanford University in July of 2005. His speech was beautifully written and organized into three emotional stories from his life, and tied together in the end so well he made it seem as though his life unraveled perfectly. He discussed the topics of love, loss, and failure, which are considered emotional topics to open up about. Through emotion, Steve Jobs conveyed his message in a unique and impactful way. Steve Jobs used all the necessary rhetoric devices of ethos, logos, and pathos. However, he used pathos arguably more than ethos and logos in this famous commencement speech to spread his message that to experience success, one needs to believe in spirit, themselves, and that they deserve that desired happiness.
Steve Jobs, a Renaissance Man, clearly showed that he was valuable to society. First, Steve Jobs said, “Let’s make a dent in the universe. In fact, I have found that many of the most influential people in today's society were those that stood out the most. Having a unique passion, or characteristics that gave them the motive and ability to thrive. Steve Jobs is a perfect example of being different and thriving because of it. He is often referred to as one of the most instrumental people in the advancement of technology, and was often praised on his unique ability to create futuristic technology. Yet, many do not know the full story, and do not realize that he was often critiqued on his “crazy” ideas and “obsessive” personality prior to his success. Yet, he never once took the remarks to heart and continued to make various advances in the technological field. Eventually becoming one of the most successful entrepreneurs of all time, and building a business that has stood the test of time. As Coco Chanel, a famous designer and businesswoman put it, “In order to be irreplaceable one must always be different.”
Steve Jobs was like the Thomas Edison, Alexander Graham Bell and the Albert Einstein of our time. He not only innovated personal computing, but personal media and communication, iTunes which became one of the most popular music and video retailers and Pixar which was one of his side projects had become one of the greatest animation digital movie creators and software. But all that is a just part of the list of his legacy, because in the end he still left behind Apple which is world’s most valuable company, which is valued at $350 Billion Dollars.
Steve Jobs on the other hand has a very innovative leadership style; he was a perfectionist who had the courage to change his mind. Steve was a very unconventional leader, he was very `high-maintenance’ who demanded excellence from his staff and was known for his

Just like Steve jobs said “When you make a choice, you change the future.” ― Deepak Chopra I choose Steve jobs did the best because he conveyed his theme (If you persevere through hard times, you will get rewarded) the most strongest by using personal experiences and dialogue to tell us about his story This. Also he tells us how he experienced something and how he did it and how you should do it or not.
In his life, Jobs showed his dedication by persevering through hardships numerous times. As a college student, Jobs soon becomes jaded against the importance of college and dropped out: “the minute I dropped out I could stop taking the required classes that didn't interest me and began dropping into the ones that looked interesting” (Jobs). Jobs felt like he did not have direction in his life, so he started his search for his true passion. Even though he dropped out he did not stop learning and trying to improve his skills in search of his future career. Once he achieved success and created a business called Apple, he was fired from: “What had been the focus of (his) adult life” (Jobs). Being fired from Apple was devastating to Jobs, but allowed him to rethink his life and pursuit of his passion. Once he realized his life work was taken from him, he decided to continue his pursuit by creating pixar and next. Therefore, Jobs never allowed himself to stay held down by his hardships, but instead persevered to accomplish his dreams.

In this ever growing, rapid developing world as we can see today, there are many different successful leaders. As we know it, leaders are humans just like everyone else. How did they manage to stand out from the crowd? What did they do to achieve great success for an organization? As of all the successful leaders in the world, Steve Jobs is one of the successful leaders that managed to achieve great success for an organization. Therefore, Steve Jobs is the leader that I personally admire and would like to emulate.
Steve Jobs can be described as an unconventional self-made man. He has major events in his life that shaped him both personally and professionally. Jobs was adopted by working class people who never went to college. He attempted college but found it be very expensive for his family. He formally dropped out of college after 6 month, however he cleverly was able to continue to learn by sneaking into classes that interested him. Along with his partner, he was able to turn a small business out of a garage into the multi-billion dollar company we know today as Apple in less than 10 years. Everything seem to be going great until he was fired from the company he started and later being diagnosed with cancer. These life altering events helped shape him into the man he was and became the basis of his commencement speech to the 2005 graduating class at Stanford University.
When it comes to great leaders, it would be difficult to overlook Steve Jobs, former CEO of Apple, Inc. There is argument regarding whether individuals are born with leadership qualities or if they are learned over time. Whether innate or learned, Steve Jobs was exhibiting leadership qualities at a young age. Steven Paul Jobs was born in San Francisco in 1955. Given up for adoption by his biological parents, he was adopted by Paul and Clara Jacobs of San Francisco. Steve and his adoptive parents moved to a suburban city which later became known as Silicon Valley. It was here that Steve was exposed to electronics and technology, an influence that would shape the remainder of his life.
During Jobs two tenures at Apple he has served to motivate his followers inside and outside the company including customers, stakeholders, shareholders and the media with a strong vision for putting the prerequisites of the end-user first, to be different, an innovator and trend- setter. Steve Jobs has led in a bold way that served to motivate his followers through the force of his personality. During the creation of the Macintosh, he wanted to define a different computer. He mounted a pirate flag on the roof of the building and told his staff, “It is better to be a pirate, than
