The meaning behind the name Codi is apparently "helpful", but I wasn’t named Codi for that reason. I was actually named Codi because my father didn’t want a girl has he already had two boys and wanted to add another son, luckily for him he got another one after me. On the other hand my mom wanted me to be named Carly Rae because that’s the name she always wanted to name a girl if she was ever fortunate to have one. My mom had already picked my brothers name so when it came to me my mom decided it was only fair of she let my father pick the next child's name.
A special person in my life would be my little brother Phoenix, who has one of the best personalities I have ever seen and has a smile that could light up the whole room. He is special to me because even though he is only ten, he spreads so much love to anyone he can and tries so hard to make everyone laugh even though he lost his mother to a drug overdose when he was six months old, had been in the foster care system then when on to living with his grandparents while all his siblings live with

Not only was that where I was born but I also lived there till I was 14 and is where all my memories are. When I go to Guelph I think about where I had all of my firsts like, when I learned how to ride a bike or my first day of school. Guelph is where all my childhood friends where and all the family friends that helped shape who I am today. As I get older I learn how to deal with things that have happened in my life that I have no control over but before I knew how to do that I had such wonderful people in Guelph to help me through it and be a shoulder to cry on when needed. Those memories are what are going to have me going back one day no matter how far I move away so then I can show my kids the community that shaped me into the person I am today and hopefully continue to be the place that I want to raise my children one
grew up in Chicago, Illinois, a beautiful city surrounded by violence and controversy by the media. I found things more simple when I was kid growing up here, there wasn't much to worry about but as I got older things became more complex here. The sounds of the " L "' or as you know it as, The Train, and the roaring sounds of cars passing by my house made me feel alive while growing up and as a matter of fact still does. You could wake up in the morning and see the vibrant blue skies being pierced by the skyscrapers and see other kids playing ball or riding their bikes. When it was summer time I would play ins sprinklers or go downtown and play in the fountains with my family. Of course, like most big cities I had to watch my back while growing up because you never knew what somebody was up to. It's weird really growing up here because you never know what's going to happen next , wether it's a good thing or a bad thing. All I can really say about growing up in Chicago is that if I had the chance to redo it, I'd do if a million times.
I was born on April 23, 1994 in Brampton, Ontario. I have lived in Brampton my entire life. I completed my undergraduate degree at University of Toronto, and now I am here at York University completing my BEd. I am someone who values helping others above anything else, which is why my dream has always been to become a teacher. This is something that I will accomplish, and nothing will stop me from achieving my dreams!

A Lot of people believe that san bernardino is a bad place but for me is my home. Yes there is a lot of crimes here but what city doesn't have crimes. Growing up in san bernardino made me stronger I have seen a lot of bad things happen but I have also seen good things.
I was given the name Chase Andrew Miner. My mom had liked the name Chase and Chance, but she finally decided on Chase. While that decision wasn’t too hard for her to make, (at least she said it wasn’t) my last name, Miner, was an even easier decision. My mom was married to my dad and she took his last name, so the obvious last name would be Miner. My mom told me she had a really difficult time figuring out a middle name for me. She couldn’t find a name that fit in well. One day my aunt, Lori, called my mom and asked about the name Andrew. My mom had thought about it and she decided that that name fit. So from that day I was Chase Andrew Miner. The joke my mom says now is if she knew she’d have to chase me so much, she would have named me Slow. But word got around of what
I was born in a big city called Baltimore, MD, but raised in a small town called Saint Stephen, SC. My mother had to relocate in order to take care of my ailing great-grandfather. While working toward her
I was born in Montrose, Colorado. Yet, I didn't spend much of my life roaming around it's land. When I was three, my parents had an epiphany, decided to buy an RV, and take my brother and me to Mexico on exhilarating and exotic adventures.
I was born in Lubbock, Texas at the local hospital and was immediately welcomed into the world by my loving parents and caring big sister. Most of my early childhood was spent moving from town to town in the panhandle of Texas. However, when I turned eight-years-old I traded the endless plains of the Texas panhandle for the lakes and trees of Bridgeport, Texas. This is the place where connected with the local community and grew closer with my family.
I grew up in an environment where everyone knows everyone and it wasn't a really a bad climate but a little town I will cherish and love and will be forever be my hometown Rockport Tx
I grew up in Forestdale, Alabama no matter how far i go that’ll always be what i call home Birmingham made me who i am i made many mistakes there but I also had plenty accomplishments there to that is where i was brought up at i will always visit there. Inglewood, CA is the city that helped shape me into the young man that I am today. Through everyday life I was surrounded by examples whether they were bad or good, but I feel they shaped me for the better. Although growing up I was not as privileged as others I learned how valuable love and loyalty really is. I did not always have all of the “wants” but I had everything that I needed to grow. There was a choice in every situation growing up and there was also consequences for each action. I learned at an early age that wrong choices can have tremendous and detrimental consequences ranging from jail or an early funeral. Luckily I have family that loved me enough to help me stay away from these horrid actions. Knowing that life can be cut short at any moment has helped me take advantage of the time I have and
To begin, Forsyth, Illinois was my hometown. It was where I was born and where I was raised most all my life. I went to a small school district called Maroa-Forsyth. It was where I attended school until the end of middle school. I went through school with the same set of friends for all my school years. They were really good friends that I had a lot of great memories with. Also, some of my family lives there as well. My aunt, uncle, two cousins and my grandparents.
“What’s in a name?” This famous quote said by Juliet in Shakespeare’s play “Romeo and Juliet” has had people thinking ever since they first heard it. While some cultures have names that have super deep and mystical meanings, other places have names that might have little to no hidden meaning. Without names, how would we be able to communicate with each other effectively? It would be next to impossible.
My hometown is located about twenty miles south of Portland, Oregon. With that said it is assumed that my hometown; Canby would be influenced by the big city. But, it still holds its country setting. Everyone knows each other in Canby. It was a very safe town growing up and still is! The best part of living there is that every August the Clackamas County Fair came into town. Other than the fair they had celebrations for almost every holiday in the center of town. Canby has a lot of restaurants! These restaurants range from Mexican to MacDonalds. Growing up in Canby was always lots of fun and i wouldnt of wanted to grow up anywhwere
My sister, there is no way to explain how important she is to me. Of course she's annoying , but my life would be so boring without her. She's the light in the darkness I honestly wouldn't know what my life would be like without her I can't even imagine it. She is my Michigan hero.
