Her success has recently come in 2011. My plan is to open a second sleep study in San Antonio, Texas. Roxanne will continue to manage the center in Corpus Christ and will help me virtually manage the San Antonio location. Because Roxanne has the information needed to model her sleep center it will be much easier to open up my own sleep evaluation center based on her proposal. Vision, Mission, and Value Statement Bay Area Sleep Evaluation Center, BASEC, is still working on defining their Vision, but they do have a Mission Statement that is “IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF YOUR SLEEP FOR A BETTER TOMORROW” ("Bay Area Sleep Evaluation Center", 2010). Their sleep specialists diagnose and treat problems ranging from inability to fall asleep to excessive daytime sleepiness. It is my goal, once I open my own sleep study, to enforce the mission statement by preparing my employees to be qualified and efficient in evaluating patients sleep studies. The vision statement is something my sister and I will work on together. The vision statement will be something real and our patients can hold us accountable for. My thoughts are to have core values that will replace value statements. I believe five core values will be good, easy, and simple. One core value will be “We value people” this value should be respected by employees of the business. All people need to be value in order for the business to be held in high standards.
