When you do something bad it might not affect you at the beginning but it will affect you later in your life. For example in the play Shakespeare Macbeth had Banquo murder so he could become king and he didn’t think anything will happen to him cause he had three witches who told him everything will be okay and he will be king. What is some effect of sleep disorder? When your body doesn’t get the right among of rest during the night, you would be able to function right. Some effect is:
• Feel irritable or sleepy during the day.
• Have difficulty staying awake when sitting, watching television or reading.
• Fall asleep or feel very tired while driving.
• Have difficulty concentrating.
• Often get told by other that you look tired.
• React slowly.
• Have trouble controlling your emotions.
• Feel like you have to take a nap almost every day.
• Require caffeinated beverages to keep you going.
What is some symptom of sleep disorder? Some symptoms are:
• Insomnia: is trouble falling asleep or staying asleep through the night. This can be caused by a plethora of psychological and physical factors includes the inability to fall asleep or stay asleep at night, waking up earlier than usual and daytime fatigue and delayed sleep-phase syndrome, hypnotic/stimulant-dependent sleep disorder, depression, and heavy smoking. These problems can cause short term or long term (chronic) losses in sleep.
• Narcolepsy: causes excessive sleepiness and frequent daytime sleep attacks. Sleepiness during the day, alleviated by naps, can be a symptom of narcolepsy. Dreaming during naps and experiencing dream-like
