The Incentive Offer was available for this “Price Reduced” home. It had the “New” logo stating that the Fannie Mae-approved repair contractors had performed certain repairs. The agent provided images and a text into the listing.
There were sharp, clear outside images. That was surrounded by mature trees. It had a front deck, another side entry, and an extra-large front yard. There was a huge deck in the good-sized backyard. An additional image showed a street view.
There were many bright interior images of the freshly painted and newly carpeted home. There was a long neutral tiled entry and a gigantic carpeted living room a nice-looking lighting fixture and sliders. The roomy eat-in kitchen had hardwood flooring, ab abundance of white cabinetry,
There was a relaxing feeling coming from the room. The colors were pretty mellow such as the cream-colored walls. Although the room gave off this aura, there was a very elegant tea set in the middle of the room. The wall contained a fireplace while the corner of the room contained a combination of both a bookshelf and a desk. The desk had a pair of golden glasses that belonged to one of the men who lived in the home (I can’t recall exactly who they belonged to). Aside from these things, the room also contained what looked like a very comfortable couch. The guide stated that all of the pieces in the house aside from one fireplace and most of the replicated sales pieces in the General Store.
The house was long, white, and had blue shudders. I could always pick out which set of windows out front peeked into my bedroom because of the messy off-white paint stuck to it after years of never being touched up. Inside, so much more was going on than the typical all-American home lead outsiders to believe. Confusion, growth, fear, and lots of aluminum cans.
Although, short-term or outcome based financial incentives may be profitable to some, they may not be an effective approach always. For example, some individuals in desire to receive a large amount of incentive to reach the specific health outcome such as weight loss, he/she might choose to starve to reach the target, followed by potential adverse effects later. On the other hand, many individuals fail to maintain healthy behaviors after attaining the health outcomes and on receiving the incentives. Furthermore, Incentives tied exclusively to health outcomes may discriminate those who are in utmost need of health improvement such as the elderly and socioeconomically backward individuals, as outcome-based incentives may unintentionally overcompensate

Over the last 77 years, Morgan Stanley has been at the forefront of the financial industry. This is from the firm focusing on creating customizable investment products that are sold to retail and institutional clients. ("Company History," 2012) However, a problem is that many competitors are entering a period of flat growth that is at the top of S Curve. This is when a company will grow so big that it becomes difficult to continue increasing profit margins. (Nunes, 2011, pp. 1 5) In the case of Morgan Stanley, the recent financial crisis has made it more difficult for the firm to improve earnings. As a result, a new strategy must be developed that will motivate the sales force to do more. To determine the most effective approach requires examining six features of a total rewards program, the specific behaviors that will be targeted, assessing the value proposition and how to attract registered representatives.
As you know, there is a shortage of Phlebotomists, Certified Nursing Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Registered Nurses. In order to ensure we accomplish our goals of providing health care to the community, educating the public and preventing illness, I have approved funding an incentive plan to assist us in filling our positions. This incentive plan is offered to current employees of “HOSPITAL”. If an employee refers an individual who meets the criteria to maintain employment within any of the positions listed above, the employee will be awarded a bonus. This bonus plan is based on the following contingencies:
Outside this bedroom (20 x 15, two windows overlooking the park) there are seven large, airy, high-ceilinged rooms filled with light and colors and textures and objects that dazzle the eye…” (Kaufman, 45)
There were several bright images of the interior. The large living room had neutral tiled flooring and several windows. There was a partial view of the kitchen with hardwood flooring and a small amount of Cabinetry. With the angle of the image, it was hard to tell what other features were being highlighted. The utility room had built-ins and there was a full-sized bathroom. There was a spacious carpeted bedroom and incomplete views of two others. In general, the home appeared to be in fair condition.
The strengths that I have identified in myself are leadership, independence, curiosity, dependable, diligent, responsible, passionate, and determined. I believe that I can bring those qualities to the incentive program and that I can help benefit both myself and others around me. According to my friends and teachers, I also tend to bring positivity with me as well. The world isn’t cupcakes and rainbows, they do exist, but not for everyone and terrible things are part of the world as well. Because of that, I consistently try my best to brighten somebody’s day, no matter if it has been gloomy or joyful. Nobody should ever face anything though alone, and when something extraordinary happens, you should always have someone to share and celebrate
The past 9 months I just lived were 9 months that I will never forget. I have been doing this same Incentive routine for 3 years now, and for some reason this year was the most memorable one. As much I want this to last forever, I know it is coming to an end next year, and I will be starting a new chapter in my life. Sounds kind of cliché, but it’s true, the regular program is a huge jump from Incentive. Along with this educational jump comes an emotional jump. Leaving this group of friends I have been with for 3 years will definitely be hard.
But the back yard was huge. It was a warm washed out shade brown with scattered vegetation on all sides. Foliage landscaped the ground like a huge blanket. Patches of a thin tall grass cascading shadows on the cool soil. A huge mound of maybe hundreds of dark wooden logs, masked as a hill made you redirect yourself to the far left in
Its walls were once painted in white and blue. Yellow light is coming from some of its windows. In the center of the courtyard, somebody has placed a children’s playground with a faded orange plastic slide, a red brick transformer booth, and several dirty-green garbage containers. Between the house walls and the yard, cars are densely parked. In front of each entrance, there is a shabby blue wooden bench and a purple-bluish concrete litter bins. Each entrance has a blind rusty metal door. Everything in the yard and the house itself is covered by a thin layer of dust and dirt. At the shopping center nearby you can buy potatoes, beer, vodka, a blouse, a bra, a glue, slippers, a towel, a garden figurine, a wiping cloth, a flat-head screwdriver, a cross-head screwdriver, cigarettes, boots, an umbrella, a bathroom curtain, a puzzle, buckwheat, and so on. It’s a late night or an early morning now. A dog is barking. It's
