On 07/21/2017, I, Dillon Dickerson, badge #155, was working as a Patrol Officer for the Wichita State University Police Department, in Wichita, Sedgwick County, Kansas. At approximately 0254 hours Wichita Police North side Officer Bradley Berry #2445 advised there were 4 males running Eastbound from 21st and Yale area. WPD Officer Bradley Berry #2445 advised there was a car that had its alarm going off in the Lot. WPD Officer Bradley Berry #2445 advised one of the males had a white hoodie on and they broke into a white jeep on WSU property. WPD Officer Bradley Berry #2445 advised the males went northbound down Rosevelt stret.
When I heard the call come out from Northsides dispatch I went to the area of 3 North. When I arrived to the parking lot I noticed the white jeep grand cheroke parked facing north. I noticed the alarm was going off. I relayed the vehicle description to dispatch to check for affilatiation. The Kansas tag was 261JDW on a white jeep grand cheroke. I checked the outside of the jeep and did not see any sign of entry. I checked all the locks from the outside of the jeep and they all looked locked. I informed dispatch the alarm stopped going off at approximently 0258 hours. I also advised dispatch I would be checking the rest of lot 3 and also lot 11 to see if there were any signs of break in attempts on other vehciles. I did not locate any broken glass or any other signs of entry in the other lots.

On 010/05/2016, I, Chad Agnew, was working as a patrol officer for the Wichita State University Police Department, in Wichita, Sedgwick County, Kansas. At approximately1415 hours, officers were dispatched to the Rhatigan Student Center for a suspicious character. Dispatch notified all officers that they were still gathering more information at the time but the suspicious character was a black male with crutches. They also said the subject was yelling someone had a gun.
On 07-31-2016 at 0914 hours I was dispatched to 946 Price Street in reference to a stolen motor vehicle.
On 11/02/2015, I, Chad Agnew, was working as a patrol officer for the Wichita State University Police, Wichita, Sedgwick County, Kansas. At approximetely 2222 hours we went to Omega Ct. to assist Sgt. Garwood since he was out on a suspicous character and another call on Omega Ct. Sgt. Garwood advised us to go to the Delta Delta Delta house at the end of the block and speak to the reporting party. I went and made contact with Julie Nolte and Dakotah Gilmore who were inside the residence. We went to a back room and closed the door.
On March 4th, 2018, I, Officer Albert, was working as a Police Officer for the Wichita State University Police Department. At approximately 2349 hours I was dispatched to lot 16 for a safety escort to Shocker Hall. I arrived in lot 16 at approximately 2349 hours and parked on the north side of lot 16. I was approached by three female students affiliated with Wichita State University. I started my safety escort at approximately 2352 hours, starting mileage 25347.5 for three female students to Shocker Hall. The three students were later identified as Katriana Kisner WSU ID# U763B596, Nora Dooley WSU ID# W543D237, and Caroline Boesen WSU ID # N627J492. I arrived at the north side of Shocker Hall at approximately 2353 hours, ending mileage 25347.7.
On Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at 2141 hours, 911 Dispatched advised I, Deputy Waldschmidt needed to make contact with Virginia L. McAdams (DOB: 07-31-1932) in regards to some suspicious activity on her property. I made contact with McAdams who stated a 3rd party person told her they saw a white male leaving her abandoned property in the 800 block of East 130th Avenue North near Peck, Sumner County, Kansas. McAdams just wanted to make Deputies aware of this since she has had trouble in the past with people going on the property and stealing her belonging. The white male was described as an older male with a beard. The male was seen running from her property to his vehicle. The vehicle was described as a blue passenger car, last seen heading eastbound.
In summary, on 07/23/16 at 2123 hours I was dispatched to 5919 W. Ogden Ave. in regards to a Hit and Run. I received information via Dispatch that the striking vehicle (Gold Chevy IL 1758010B) was parked at 5919 W Ogden Avenue.
On 10/23/17 Det. Coleman and I went to Belk`s to speak the reporting person, Jerome Stover. I asked with Mr. Stover if he was familiar with a previous larceny with similar circumstance`s (2017-01479). Stover was familiar with the larceny but stated that these were separate individuals. The suspects in this case did get into a vehicle fitting the same description as the above listed OCA as well as similar property taken. After speaking with Mr. Stover, Det. Coleman and I went to Food Lion to attempt to locate a vehicle fitting the suspect vehicle description on their video surveillance. On February 2, 2017, I responded to 2400 Southside Blvd, Apt C-23, to conduct a follow up with SHAQUANDA JENKINS, in reference to her stolen license plate. JENKINS was not home and wasn't able to be contacted at the time. I patrolled the parking lot in an attempt to make contact with the suspect's vehicle, with negative finding. No further action was

At approximately 1920 hours I was working a special assingment at Koch Arena. While standing in one of the sections I heard someone say the name Cordell. I remembered this name from a case I had in 2017 which was case number 17C0236. I looked at the male and he looked familiar to me. When I noticed this male he was starting to walk into the concourse area due to it being half time.
On 07/01/2015, at approximately 0214 hours, your affiant was dispatched to the area of 330 West Chester Street for a disturbance. The caller reported a gold Kia in front of her residence which has been repeatedly sounding the horn for the last ten minutes.
At approx. 1449 hrs., on 03\20\2015 Sgt Lloyd Lewis was dispatched to Nobody Elses located at 332 N Hwy 281, Barton County, Kansas in reference a report of Burglary, Theft and Criminal damage to property. Sgt Lewis arrived and learned someone had entered a vehicle owned by Steel Builders Construction. Someone had gotten into the truck and had pulled everything out of the glove box however there did not appear to be anything missing from the truck.
On 07/04/2016 at approximately 2330 hours deputies were dispatched to 928 N Battershell for the report of a domestic violence call. As I was driving to the location E911 advised two people had gotten into a argument and one had left but had returned. E911 also advised that about 7 people were in the front yard of the residence and most had been drinking. When I arrived at the location I observed a white Toyota Sienna parked in the driveway with a KS 60 day tag of B171344. I also noticed about 4 to 5 males began to walk of from the gated front yard to my patrol vehicle.
On Sunday, November 5, 2017 at approximately 7:26 AM, I, Officer Raul Marrero and Ryan Holroyd were dispatched to 820 SE 9th Ct, in reference to a suspicious vehicle complaint. Dispatch advised of a white Pontiac car that was parked in the driveway. The complainant/homeowner, James Robert Caves Sr., didn 't know who the vehicle belonged to.
Upon arrival I spoke with victim, James Biard (04/19/1962). James Biard stated the following information: on 01/14/2017, at approximately 1600 hours he parked his Jeep Cherokee bearing Colorado registration 674ZSD, in front of his residence. He parked the vehicle facing east just east of the front of his residence with the driver’s side closest to his residence. The FAA hosted a national UAS Symposium March 27 – 29 in Reston, Virginia, focused on collaboration with industry on UAS technology, cybersecurity and flight authorization approval. The Duetto Group supported Executive Director Flom at the conference through attending breakout sessions, meetings and advocating to industry stakeholders and FAA officials to utilize the advanced abilities of the test site. We introduced Mr. Flom to Paul Bigby, CEO of ConsortiQ, a British company that specializes in training UAS pilots. Mr. Bigby expressed great interest in working with the NPUAS TS and supplying the test site with his company’s software free of charge. We are working with ConsortiQ as the company moves forward to partnering with the NPUAS TS.
