Many of the difficulties confronted by organizations stem from the refusal of its leaders to address issues in a timely basis. If instead of procrastinating, these leaders developed strategies for the future of the organization, many obstacles and challenges could be avoided, yet in my over thirty years of working closely with organizations and their leaders, I have found very few leaders who are strategic thinkers. After reading pages 23 through 42 the organizational leadership strategies and practices that have become clearer to me, is having the ability to implement and maintain organizational leadership internally and externally by focusing on sustainability learning, which continues spreading positive outcomes regardless of leadership changes over time. Also, practices in which student learning directly engages our students regularly within the classrooms will continue improving and expanding education throughout our schools. There have many definitions of leadership and some has identified leadership as a specific characteristics or traits and some seen it as a combination of knowledge and skills. Jacobs and Jaques describe the leadership as a process of assign meaningful direction or a purpose to collective effort and causing willing effort to be expended to achieve the purpose.

Develop a process that provides a logical order evaluating the market data and reach a recommendation regarding how to proceed with the supplier selection process. For example, the first step of this process may include organizing the data in a logical formal.
