It became important for TAG to develop a reliable system of understanding the probability of an offer renege well in time to adopt corrective actions. To gain a better control on renege and mitigate the risk, TAG set up the post-offer follow-up process. An innovation initiated through the idea-preneurship philosophy looked at increasing the engagement levels with the job-offered candidates through the process of gamification, during the long period following the release of the offer until the candidate on-boarded.
