The exercise was designed so that everyone is assigned to an executive position in PB Technologies. Then, everyone has to choose his or her candidate individually before we attend the executives meeting to come up with a single candidate. My position in the organization was the VP of Marketing. Once I received the exercise’s handout, I read it carefully, compared the three candidates’ resumes and then decided to nominate Suzanne T. Valdes for the Senior VP of Finance and CFO position. I based my decision on the fact that she has the most related work experience and personality to the position, EMBA and she is an insider, which I believe is a very important quality for that position.
When: Thursday, the 26th Day of September, 2013, 3:00pm – 4:15pm Where: The same location our class normally meets

Emily joined us at the end of June 2016 as our Advisement & Registration and New Student Initiative Coordinator. Emily had the opportunity to shadow the outgoing A&R coordinator to meet campus partners and student advisors, observe how the program worked, learn our orientation process and system and get some hands-on, basic-level experience with our program. During the last 8 months, Emily has spent time meeting, building and collaborating with our campus partners and forging a personal connection with them. Emily is observing UMD campus-culture and learning about the history of SIT programs, and our campus partnerships, to help shape future direction of SIT programming.
The board ultimately chose Dr. Gibson, naming her doctoral degree as the determining factor. The former county administrator, who was not chosen for the President’s job, was promoted to vice president of administration and finance, a cabinet position that came with a very high
As a former student, it is with great honor that I write to recommend Vicki Lentz. While in high school at Sully Buttes, Mrs. Lentz was my Nutrition & Wellness, Career Explorations, Personal Finance, and Accounting teacher; she also served as my Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) advisor. And even today, as a freshman in college, she serves as my proctor for my online accounting class.
Dr. Brown also proposes hiring new assembly operators to begin simulated production and then transferring them to Assembly Room when MES goes into production. They can be good resources to train the rest of the team once the production begins. However, since they are going to be new members of Susan’s team, we recommend involving Susan in the whole interview process. Susan has contributed to a huge performance improvement of SSR team since she assumed leadership two years ago. She does expect her people to get along with one another, so her involvement would help new hires to adapt the environment and team morale.

We have not discussed these classes with Joyce yet. I will keep you informed as soon as we talk with her and have a more solid schedule for Spring 2018.
We can also have someone interview the Department Chair. Just an idea, not necessary, it says it is optional, if you “wish” to do it. Not required.
