The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People is a management tool capable of providing the necessary tools to learn how to lead life effectively, through a process of growth and personal and interpersonal development. The first three habits are directed towards their own success, and three on public or achievements victory for the environment, and the last habit on ability and need to continually improve. When we discuss habits, it is necessary to mention the terms knowledge, skill and desire. These conjugates involve the achievement of the first. Therefore to be highly effective means to do different things, changing paradigms, theories, characters, attitudes and above all develop principles that achieve effectiveness and efficiency in daily work.
