The Pennsylvania Principals Association, 122 Valley Road, Summerdale, PA, is a non-profit volunteer organization serving all principals, assistant principals and other educational leaders across the commonwealth. Starting in 1936, the association functioned as two separate entities, the Pennsylvania Association of Elementary School Principals and the Pennsylvania Association of Secondary School Principals (Thompson, 2014). In July of 2003, the merging of both associations took effect as well as operations under their new name, the Pennsylvania Association of Elementary and Secondary School Principals (PAESSP). Most recently, the association changed its name to the Pennsylvania Principals Association in September of 2015 (Thompson, 2014).

Michael Fullan begins The Principal – Three Keys to Maximizing Impact with some sobering statistics about the drop in morale among principals:
I have had the opportunity to work with many health professionals, but my experience with PAs has solidified my path to becoming a PA. Devoting over 200 hours to shadow PAs of various specialties had allowed me to learn about pulmonary diseases and read CT scans in pulmonary, watch in awe at an ingrown toenail removal in urgent care, and observe patience and individual care in pediatrics. Although I was at the clinics for observation, I eagerly wanted to assist the PAs and care for the patients. I was fully immersed in the topics that were taught to me and found myself lusting for the knowledge and skills to become a PA.
New York City consists of five boroughs, Manhattan, the Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn, and Staten Island. The borough that I reside in is Brooklyn. Brooklyn has approximately 2.592 million people inhabiting this district and approximately 23.4 percent of individuals who reside in Brooklyn, NY come from a low-income household or in other words come from poverty. With catholic and private schools being expensive, people have to rely on the education system to provide their children with a good education. In this paper I will be discussing the public school education system ranging solely up to high school in Brooklyn New York and giving a general idea of the New York education system as well.

A new superintendent in an urban school district believes educators are trained to run schools and should do so with the least amount of interference possible. For this reason, an ethical crisis arises when the district decides whether or not to close a local high school. While public relations officers want district administration to be as transparent as possible to remain honest and open, the superintendent and other schoolboard members want to hold meetings with no media present. This facts of this case will become clear through explication.
Located in the heart of North Philadelphia, Khepera Charter School is a public charter school currently serve about four-hundred students. Now, Khepera Charter School has limited technological resources. There are only five projectors in the school. Due to budget cuts, the school had to eliminated computer classes. The special education classes are only equipped with two desktop computers, used for supplementary support for the students. Unfortunately, the computers are out of date and technology is frequently not working. In the general education classes, teachers sign out the projectors to use for the day. Projectors used are only used for literacy and math lessons; Khepera Charter School only has online software for the math and
A Physician Assistant (PA) is typically and mainly the person whom patients see primarily. PA 's assess patients, request tests, prescribe therapy assessments for the patient to undergo, and many more medical activities. PA 's do most of the patient care all under the supervision of a Physician, hence the term Physician Assistant. To become a highly involved, medical assistant typically a Masters level of education is required. As described previously, the occupation is a physically and mentally draining responsibility in a fast-paced environment. Although the career is a demanding one, the pay of $97,000 a year makes it worth it, along with helping patients in need. Depending on the severity of helping a patient in need, may result in a depressing state of mind which could be challenging for new PA 's not used to the mentally draining aspect of the occupation. As an aspiring PA, availability in the northwest region of North Carolina is high, fulfilling my wishes.

In the article "PA Education in an Evolving Health Care", they discuss modern PA education. PA education is known for its adaptability. Adaptability, I feel, is an important quality in a program. Why? This is important since times change, so do the needs of people. It is also known for being able to change based on society. The average program length, is 26 months (Glicken 17). One question proposed in the article was if the PA programs were actually preparing people. The curriculum needs to challenge students, and also teach them. Schools only want the best education possible. I like that education is a concern. I like how they want an excellent education. Within courses, PAs have the opportunity to provide checkups under supervision. We need more programs with hands-on opportunities.
