I believe that I am an appropriate candidate for the staff team, because I know how to asses and address a countless number of situations due to experience on a moderately successful server. I believe that, when a parent allows their child to access the multitude of ItsJerryAndHarry servers, that they feel safe knowing that their child will be protected from anything that may come their way negatively. Each and every individual on this server should be able to move about this server at their own discretion, and not fear harassment or criticism from fellow players. I want to keep this a friendly community, because when it comes down to it, Minecraft is a game to come and have fun with your friends. I want to keep this belief alive, and aid in making this server, one that the masses will enjoy. I tend to listen to positions of authority as soon as the command is issued, and put my very best towards it. Contrary though, just like everybody else, I am only human, and on many things can fall short of what has been expected of me. I use opportunities like this to help me grow, and let it stand as a learning experience on how to adjust myself, so that I may do it the correct way the first time when the next opportunity

I love the server and the players on here and I really enjoy the server. I feel like I am the guy to make the server a good experience I feel like I am very mature for my age and I take my job seriously and I make sure it is done.I would never make a server look bad by hacking on other servers or spamming faithfulhcf.com in other HCF chats. I would be watching players as much as I can so that I can find hackers fast and easy. I want to make sure the chat is toxic and spam free so that players can have the best HCF experience ever on the FaithFulHCF network. I want to show how good the server is by making sure my fellow staff members/friends are ok and don't have anything wrong with being staff. If I were to be either demoted or if I resign I will not throw hate to the server/ tell people that the server is bad. I want to get to know the players and possibly make some new friends. If I see a job that is not taken care of I will do it even if it takes me 2 hours or even 5 hours I will make sure it is done one-hundred percent of the way. I am willing to take the challenge and become a Helper for the FaithFulHCF network. I also have friends like Sharping, Appah, Onlyhope, GotYouDrippin and Shadings. I have owned a server for 5 years, so I am seasoned and knowledgeable when it comes to being staff. I have been a co-owner of a relatively popular server that will not be named due to confidentiality and the risk of being rejected. I have also been a moderator on another server for about 3 months now.

Why should we choose you and not someone else? Trick question because I don't like to stand out but my voice hasn't broken yet so I sound like a squeriel so.. That kinda makes me stand out. You guy's should pick me because I of course have some experience with being staff, I am aware in what is going in certain situations I do know how to make the people I am helping happy, I don't like to be rude to anyone because that is really not a good rep on me and the server so I don't want to do that. I do not mess around and makes jokes in a big problem. I do not loose my temper at all. I am a very loyal and trustworthy person. I do not swear that much I really don't say "Easy" "L" such things like that. I am very experienced on screen sharing I know where to check. I am very patient I do not get angry or I do not rush players/staff. Also, as previously mentioned, I have a few experiences with server moderation. I believe this gives me the edge over a few other applicants as I have got the experience required to just dive in. With my past experience at being staff I know how to communicate with other people on an advanced level, I always understand people and why they did a certain thing. I will never leave something unsolved, If there was an incident I will make sure that it solved or is passed to higher staff members if necessary, and not just that I'm a very caring person I know when to Be a joker or to be serious I would take my job very Professional I don't know if I'm the only one but I find being a staff member very fun I love banning hackers helping players I would love to become part of the Faithful Staff team! I can be so active for the staff team that I can pretty much ban 95% of the hackers that everyone screams about. I am also active in the morning for my time (GMT). I think that I have a lot of experience in hackers, screen sharing, commands and dealing with a mass amount of players. I know how to deal with everyone on an HCF server, deal with hackers and that stuff. I don't have very much to say. I am applying because I see a missing space in the staff

I can contribute my great work ethic, sincere kindness, and willingness to help all players of our community. My integrity is outstanding, in my personal opinion. When I say something, I genuinely mean what I say and can be taken by my word. Complete honesty is an important quality to an ideal staff member. My morals have never been questioned, and have always been for the best. This would eliminate any spec of doubt staff may have about me. The sense of responsibility I poses would assure staff that I would put my all in the position as staff. The standards and expectations of staff will be met full, if I am given the opportunity. My work quality is superb and will not disappoint. While I can work on my own to meet tasks, I also work great with others. Team work is important in helping us reach greater heights and ensuring everyone is having a great time on the server.​

Last placement has provided opportunities to demonstrate my flexibility and management skills by working independently and as a team player. Within this position, I have taken responsibility for organising my own diary, prioritising and managing my workload, whilst also assisting colleagues; hand-delivering urgent letters, transporting children to/from school in emergencies and accompanying on risky visits. This was achieved in the context of adapting to working within a new environment.

I truly think I should move up to mod for may reasons I play on random times and no mods are on and there are hackers everywhere and I try to help other people that need help even tho I'm not mod and I would like to meet other people that like to help HcGames Community no mater the conation I am in or how good or how bad at pvp and think my level

1. Control: I feel that most players do not like it when people break rules (Hacks, Advertising, etc.) and that group of individuals includes me. I strongly dislike people who do these things frequently and on purpose, and I hope that I can rid the server of these types of people while also warning the spammers, capital user 's, inappropriate users, etc. Overall, I feel that havoc mc needs some more moderators that are willing to help the server be more controlled and safe for regular users, and to be better and cleaner overall. I feel that I would be a good candidate for this job because I would love to provide these effects for the server while working with other mods and admins cooperatively.

I don't want to be Mod for several reasons. I don't want Mod just to mess around with commands, or brag about my awesome prefix, I actually want to help people. I mean, sure being Mod would be fun, but It's also quite a difficult job that I've heard from some of the staff. The main reason why I want to be a staff member is to make sure everyone is having a fun time on this fantastic server. I'd hate for someone to leave all because of someone being disrespectful, They need help with something or they just simply don't know what to do/how to play. Another reason why I want Mod is to stop hackers. I hate hackers, They ruin the fun for everyone else by having lots of unfair advantages such as god mode/regeneration hacks or aimbot. I know the community and I know what to do. I have heavy experience in moderation, and any type of new things to learn, I am willing and open to them. I Love learning and I Love the effect of it. I love helping, me helping makes a change on another person's experience, whether it is just helping a user who might need some assistance, or punishing a user who is ruining the experience for others. I think that for a mod team to work it needs to be made up of people who are good at communicating with each other. People that have a love what they are doing and people that are nice to each other and friendly. Personally I think that I suit for all of these things mentioned and that I will be a good influence to the mod team. As I said I have in the past been part of such a team and I have been missing it. Now I have decided that it's time to get back to such a team and I think this is a good opportunity for me.

The reason I would like to apply as a Trial-Moderator for Faithful is that I am a trustworthy person, and I have moderated on a lot of chats before, so I am always happy to learn new things. Being a trial moderator on faithful would not only benefit the staff team with my experience in the past but as well I feel that just In general, I would make a great addition to the team altogether. I know I don't have experience with being staff on hardcore factions servers, but I've been staff on servers with practice and faithful also has that, so I do have a quite a lot of experience with that, just cause of Verenity. I also feel that I can just benefit the team in general with catching hackers because I went through a hacker training when I was staff at Mcsg. During that training, I was taught how to spot and identify hackers and to determine what kind of hack the person is using. I also believe that I am a very professional person when it comes to moderating and just in general when it comes to having a "job" in general. This may not be a job, however, being a moderator does take dedication, effort and the willingness to learn and I truly believe I have that. I am also a very hardworking person, and because of that I feel as though I can be very active and just help out players on
