Issues With The Executive, Legislative, And Judicial Branches Of Government

Our founding were brilliant men who built a great nation and framed a document that is heralded as the greatest written defenses of liberty in human history. Their work laid the foundation for what our country is today and provided us the many liberties we have enjoyed. However, as our nation grows and changes there have been several serious and divisive issues that have arisen that affect our way of life. These issues have grown to great significance and threaten to undo all their authors have accomplished. Several notable complications with our current constitution are issues with the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches of Government. In response, the class of BCPP-101 has been tasked with the writing of a new constitution to address the inadequacies and issues that we have perceived with our current Constitution. After careful deliberation and much debate, we have crafted a new document we believe stands superior to our current Constitution. In it we have attempted to mend the issues found in our current laws and build a stronger constitution more applicable to our present times. We dealt with issues of all branches of government, and rights and liberties in a final document that I am proud to have been a part of crafting. The first major area of issue lies with the executive branch of government. Under Article II. Section 1.
