The origin of Old Town White Coffee can be traced back to the incorporation of White Cafe in 1999 when its co-founders, Mr Goh Ching Mun and Mr Tan Say Yap, formulated their own unique 3-in-1 instant white coffee which then provides quality white coffee throughout Malaysian household. In the same year, they commercialized their products with the brand name “OLDTOWN” and started to export their products to Singapore. Subsequently, they manufactured their own products, 3in1 coffee mixes, instant milk tea mixes, and “NANYANG” roasted coffee powder are marketed to the retail segment under the “OLDTOWN” brand name. In 2005, the company decided to expand vertically into the food services industry about encapsulating the traditional Ipoh coffee shop. Old Town Kopitiam’s Vision Statement
