The Rocks is one of the oldest areas of the Sydney area, therefore it features a range of amazingly beautiful old historic and heritage-listed buildings. The Sirius building, for example, was designed and built between 1978 and 1979. The Rocks locality features Brutalist architecture, buildings which are now used as residential apartments. The historic architecture and history of The Rocks are not the only interesting things that make it appealing.

The suburb of Pyrmont on the shores of Sydney Harbour has been transformed by the processes of urban renewal into a thriving cosmopolitan residential area, an efficient and sophisticated business centre, and a popular recreational and tourist hub. Through my own observation of the Pyrmont area, I have seen how the painstaking urban planning efforts for the area have come to fruition, and a focal point of the Harbour foreshore created as a result of this.
With a growing real estate market, investors can expect a good return on their investment. In addition, the industries within the town bring in new residents and potential business income.
The event of September of 1957 Arkansas was part of a movement that change the world as we know starting with The Little Rocks Nine. Nine African American students were placed in a white only school district in hope to merging into a better enhancement and transformation of a country that isn’t a reflection of racial inequalities and segregation. Meanwhile, it was an event that was fought and rebel against by many white officials and citizens in effort block these students from entering the schools because it was in the era's when the Jim Crows were still in effect. Many couldn’t accept revolution because they were content with where its stood then Therefore, bigotry behavior was accepted and consider reasonable. However, all African American

Locals are often found taking morning walks along the lovely, leafy streetscapes of Beacon Hill. Earlwood is an unspoiled, hidden gem of Sydney that embraces the Greek culture, but is also a multicultural community. This suburb offers large blocks of land for residential or commercial development, unlike most of the surrounding suburbs, which makes it a rare commodity indeed. Inside the confines of Earlwood, you will find a small shopping precinct, plentiful parks and playgrounds, rare bushlands, and a beautiful cohesion of food, community, culture, trendy cafes, pizza bars, and natural beauty wrapped up in a setting that brings the old and the new together. Earlwood is often mistaken for being part of the Inner West, but the Cooks River, the natural boundary around its outer limits, makes that classification incorrect.
If you’re anything like me and you see this painting of “The Rock” by Peter Blume (1944), you may wonder what in the world is going on in the picture. At our first look, we see the obvious; the enormous rock Peter Blume placed right in the center. After looking at the scenery going on, I think that the placement and size of the rock is proportioned that way as a sign of it being significant. The way I see it, the monument plays an important role when it comes down to determining why there are so many things going on at once in the painting. With the comparison of the details of the hard working people to the broken rock, half built building, and the smoke, I will establish the reasons of why this picture shows both destruction and loyalty- and the ways destruction in this painting also results in uniting the people working.

The Rockaways was once the summer playground for all of Queens. With miles of sandy beach and the amusement parks, the largest one Rockaway's Playland at Beach 98th Street, The Rockaways had everything a summer resort should have. Ever since the amusement parks closed in the 1980's, the Rockaways have gone through a lot of ups and downs. The real estate is now on the up side. The beaches are still crowded during the summer, but the Rockaways became one of the forgotten places as far as development goes. There were plans to put high rise buildings on the grounds of the old park, but the sub soil turned out to be to sandy to support large buildings, so the plan went by the wayside and none of the subsequent idea ever came to fruition. The neighborhoods
Social Facts. Social facts are basically the givens in a society and are not necessarily generated or a result of current generations, however they are pre-existing conditions for human agency. They pretty much limit the freedom of individual thought and shapes their beliefs, ways of thinking and etc. into a more societal norm than just an individual thought. With the Chicago Heat Wave it was a social fact that had the elderly been more socially inclusive or didn’t keep their doors locked all of the time then they may have had the opportunity to get the help they needed. Granite, I will give you that but is it also not a social fact that area where most of those elderly and poorer African American resided in was located in neighborhood

#9. The title of story is misleading, I thought the story is about a farmer affection for his loving cow. As the story progress it was completely different story the cow died. The farmer, Ralph and Sandra Fisher wanted to have is beloved cow clone which is in my opinion bizarre. I did not know the clone project is even allowed. They did have him clone. I do not know if the clone cow is still alive today. Life expend for clone relatively shorter than the original host.
Greenwich, fondly referred to as “Green” by the locals, is a lovely lower North Shore suburb of Sydney. According to the families, students, retirees, singles, and professionals who live here, this suburb is one of Sydney’s undiscovered gems. Greenwich offers a waterfront area, sailing clubs, fantastic views, plentiful parks, and loads of character. Public transportation serves the 2065 postcode via the public bus system, rail, and the ferry. Residents of Greenwich usually either drive or take the bus or train into the city for their work commute, but sometimes they take the ferry when they want to relax and let go of their hard work day before they get home.
In geology, a rock is solid, naturally occurring, is made up of one or more minerals. Rocks are lying on the ground everywhere. Death Valley National Park is in the U.S. states of California and Nevada. It contains many mysteries, involving one of nature's strangest phenomenon where rocks seem to move all around on their own. In the remote, almost totally dry lakebed called Racetrack Playa, some of the rocks move across the desert when people aren't watching. What makes the rocks move? Although, nobody has seen the rocks in motion, the leading theory is wind and ice.
