The United Parcel Service (UPS) is a company specializing in the collection and the routing of packages throughout the entire world. It represents an excellent example of a corporation actively involved in freight distribution highly dependable on logistics. With the use of information systems, UPS’s information system is specifically adapted to the needs of parcel collection.
