It allows women to put an end to their unwanted pregnancies, by killing their unborn baby For this reason, it is a very controversial subject in America. Abortion are typically done during the first trimester but you can get a abortion during the second trimester, and certain condition they will allow you to have a abortion during the third trimester. During the first trimester you will usually have one of two options which are a medical abortion procedure or a surgical abortion procedure.
