Threat of Substitutes
There are moderated threats from substitute of AYE. Supermarkets are still the best choice for anyone who want to quickly buy good and high quality products. Even though other sellers are selling the same products, which could make AYE loses some customers, but the products they sell are in specific category, for example, Seven-Eleven is selling food and beverage specifically, and others small products. Such that, it still lack of some products. Moreover, there are effects of online-supermarkets, in terms of convenient purchasing. However, online-supermarket requires minimum price in order to purchase products. Also, it has to deliver which means there will be shipping time. So, overall, AYE is not affected much, because

• How to maintain current customers
Currently, there are many supermarkets and local retailers that have a lot of branches and continuing to open the new branch every single day, thus, this will cause the competitiveness within the supermarket industry, thus, the AYE needs to find the better way to manage and maintain the current customers in order to keep them purchasing their products and it needs to be archived as soon as possible.
Problem
• Change Paper-base system
The main problem of the AYE in the current situation is the use of data management and storage. AYE has been using paper-base system for storing important data and information which is too inaccurate, inefficient, and time consuming. The system leads various troubles, such as, paper lost, or deteriorated. Furthermore, it slow down other processes deliberately. For example, not even delaying the ordering process, but also stock checking. Moreover, it is less efficiency when storing data and information than using computer calculation. Such that, AYE should adjust the system concerning the better performance of data
Substitutes: The threat of substitutes is high. The threat of online apparel stores has the potential of destroying the traditional retail industry business model (Bandt, 2000). The ecommerce platforms allow retailers expand their consumer base across national and global markets with lower capital requirements and improved efficiency.

Trader Joe's faces several threats to its business, as competitors try to invade the company’s niche and attempt to imitate the company’s core strategies. The supermarket industry itself faces a major threat, as larger chains such as grocery retailers Wal-Mart and Tesco have begun to open small-format stores that mimic the Trader Joe's approach. This invasion results in additional cost pressure for incumbents like Trader Joe’s, which had to let go employees in order to become more cost competitive.
The threat of substitutes in the food retail industry can be high among the ‘Big Four’ as switching costs are relatively low and products can be similar. However, most have their own private labels and also target slightly different markets, such as Sainsbury’s having more upmarket positioning and Tesco’s cost leadership. Waitrose offers unique and differentiated products, which are, in the eyes of the consumer, significantly superior. No other supermarket offers such premium quality products with great service and such a large range of organic products as Waitrose, so this makes them extremely difficult to substitute. (Euromonitor, 2008).
Scanner data, Loyalty card data, Web Shopping provide bring significant new capabilities to the customer service in the grocery industry. All of these innovations were crucial components for a modern grocery store. They unified by an information system platform which supported the daily running of the entire store. Scanner data was the fundamental of the whole system. All the products in the store will be digitalized
The industry does not possess major threat from new entrants due to strong barriers to entry and strong competition for retail space. There is also a strong rivalry between competitors as limited space is being contested by major players alongside
Potential entry of new competitors is rendered low for the grocery retailing industry. Puregold, SM Hypermarkets, Rustans, and Robinsons Supermarkets are amongst the top key players in the game. The entry of new competitors could be very low because of the huge capitalization funds that this industry requires. In addition, the industry has been long time dominated by the giant players that had already well established and positioned their brands throughout the country and that they had already spread out with branches in Metro Manila and other regions.
Threat of Substitutes: Few substitutes such as bars for hard liquor, restaurant for food, etc. The threat is low because product sold depends upon customers taste and preference and there is minimal product differentiation.
An order processing system will be trap the order information from the customer service or straight away get it from customers. The data will be stored in a central database and the order information will be send to the accounting and shipping departments. The order processing system will be generate the tracking data based on the orders and inventory for every step of the way. Order processing system is very useful in any company especially those retailer or supply chain company. This system can help to ensure that all of the customers’ orders are filled on time. Since it is an automatically systems thus it can reduce errors while order is processing. By using this system, it can create a win-win situation between their business and their customers. It will enhance customers’ experience with more reliable deliveries and zero mistakes order fulfillment. The rise of e-commerce and online retail has altered the general trends in this industry. Grocers such as Whole Foods Market, Kroger Co., Safeway Inc., and Fresh Market have adapted to this new technology of customers ordering groceries online and then picking it up without having to walk around the store to do so. The trend is also adopted by
Autotech company is an automotive manufacturing and supply company. It has started its business as a family business. Nowadays it is one of the fast growing automotive companies. Currently it is facing complex operation of its business as it keeps all records such as billing, inventory, personnel, customers, products, stock, financial etc. in hard copy format such as files, note, books etc. It is very tough to maintain files, papers, notes manually for an extensive time, which is time consuming, costly as well not accurate as paper work is required more time and their maintenance cost is more than soft copy storage and maintenance. As per my point of view, Autotech needs to develop Information Systems in its business to make easy and
From the diagram, we can easily see that the main of all problems is time delay. The main cause of time delay comes from the Inputs process and making payments. Firstly the company always has no suitable products for customers. Then the company will organize the purchase request in a few days and send them to suppliers through surface mail in 3 weeks. It wastes a long time. The materials timeliness is low because the company must purchase them when they needed. It may bring the customers’ Dissatisfaction and reduce the company’s profits. Nowadays, the efficiency is becoming more and more important because of the globalization and heavy competition. Ben should focus on how to save time like use high technological or advanced tools.
Security is a central concern in the study of international relations (IR). Yet despite being the focus of considerable scrutiny, few agreed conceptions of security exist (Buzan, 1991; Huysmans, 2006; Terriff et al., 1991; McSweeney, 1999; Morgan, 1992; Croft 2012; Smith 2000). Buzan even goes as far to posit that the very conception of security is “essentially contested” and thus poses an unsolvable debate (Buzan, People, states and fear; Little, ideology and change, p35). These disagreements have created rifts in the security community over what can be threatened and indeed what can even be considered a threat. Part of the complexity to the subject is derived from the numerous opposing and often contradicting theoretical perspectives within international relations itself, of which security is a sub-field (Terrif et al. 1991 – Security studies today). This paper thereby seeks to trace the various theoretical strands of security studies with the hope of elucidating how and why Islam, and Muslims immigrants have been increasingly portrayed as a threat and ‘Otherised’ in Britain.
