Apple Compensation Compensation plan is laid down strategies that are used to honor persons for their determinations in the work place to ensure that, the objectives and goals of the organization are well achieved. The compensation plan normally ensures that the company or organization is able to retain the employees for a long time. This enables the employees to keep on assisting the company to work towards achieving the preset goals and objectives. The plan entails giving and reviewing earnings, remunerations and motivations. Another type of compensation plan is the salary plus commission, the employee here is awarded the salary plus the commission if he/she performs above the presets level.
