And then as a career I can have a dilemma because I want to do everything to keep them safe but also should respect their individual choices what can be in that case difficult. For example when service user wants to stand up and walk without using the frame and it’s clearly stated in the care plan that they should use the frame because not using it can cause risk of fall.
