Kelly, I just wanted to pass along an update. I got with Kathy for more clarification on what needs to be changed and I am currently working on the requirements. Kathy thinks it will take her 24 hours to make the changes and have testing involved, however like she stated she will work on it when she has some free time. I will get the requirements written up and forward them to you to look over and get your approval.
For my organization, hard drive encryption is the key to ensuring the data stored within the machine remains safe. Like other government organizations we utilize CACs, and one of the latest patches I am happy with is the switch user option is no longer executable, meaning there is absolutely no need to be around my desk when our office has everyone in place. The biggest issue I have noticed, which requires attention is users not wanting to pull their CACs when they walk away from their workspace. Unfortunately, this is a culture issue that has to be addressed and changed with the enforcement of policy, but until my organization gets to that point our risk factor will stay higher than it should. Furthermore, the content of the bill to a certain extent is clear and organized. The bill has labeled the population in need, the details of placement time frames, the population responsible for implementing the bill, and briefly discussed under what circumstances extensions are allowed. Although, this bill has provided general information there are many gaps within it. First, the bill does not address how the child stay would be logged and who would be in charge of that. If this is established, there needs to be a specific system created to log the days of each child residing in these homes that is under the age of 12. Today’s meeting Mike Bernier assigned Jenny, Butch and Ben as the PBL module testers for the days in May 25,26 & 31st. Location will be in building #27 , duration will be 1 hour. They will be testing two separate modules platform baseline and JMM. This will solidify advance planning process and server for future updates.

Our position stands with the European Commission that the Internet service plans, under the protection of Regulation (E.U.) 2015/2021, will remain uncapped, fixed broadband. EU citizens are not subject to artificial limits set on transmitted data by service providers called bandwidth caps. Internet Service Providers cannot act as middlemen in regards to deciding data speed. Companies, entrepreneurs, individuals - all should have equal access to transmit data without limitations online.
