While on patrol utilizing the Vigilant License Plate Recognition (LPR) system, I was notified that the registered owner of the vehicle was a Habitual Traffic Offender. This officer turned around and caught up with the vehicle in the 200 block of E Ridge Rd. This officer observed the vehicle make a right turn into the EZ Pawn Parking Lot without signaling. On August 27, 2015 at approximately 2154 hrs, I observed a gray 2005 Acura TL bearing NJ Reg# J61FHA was driving 69 mph on 55 mph zone on Route 1 north, made a passing on the right lane and change lane again to the middle lane. When the traffic light turned red on intersection between North Oaks Blvd and Route 1 north, I pull my patrol vehicle 558 next to the vehicle as a the vehicle was slowing for the traffic light and I observed interior light on with a driver who had his hand upon his ear and moving his mouth which made me believed that the driver was talking on his cell phone while driving. I positioned my patrol vehicle 558 behind the Acura TL, activated my overhead emergency lights and conducted motor vehicle stop.
SUMMARY OF THE FACTS: An officer from the Vista Lago Police Department pulled over a pickup truck belonging to Mrs. Atwater. The reason for the stop was because the officer witnessed Mrs. Atwater to be conducting her vehicle without her seatbelt on. During the stop, the officer also discovered that not only was she not wearing her seatbelt, but her two children were also not restrained with a seatbelt which is required by the State of Texas. The officer also discovered that Mrs. Atwater was not driving with a valid driver’s license, and failed to produce any type of valid insurance.

FACTS OF THE CASE: On April 19, 2002 at around 9pm, three law enforcement officers from the Arizona’s gang task force, was on patrol in a known gang area in Tucson Arizona. On 07/15/2015, at approximately 2305 hours, your Affiant was on routine patrol on Main Street (SR924) when I observed a silver Chrysler sedan parked in the One Hundred Block of South Main Street (westside of the street) near the intersection of Oak Street.
