Welcome, After reading the class notes for this film, I felt curiosity to watch this movie since I love films about love. Moreover, it was heartbreaking the scene where the men were trying to immigrate to another country due to the fact it involves dangerous obstacles while in that journey. Additionally, it felt good to know that there still good people in the world able to help others like the swimming professor who helped the boys from Iraq even though he could get in trouble because of the absurd law that it was forbidden to help immigrants. Furthermore, it was lovely to see how hard the boy was trying to be reunited with his girlfriend Minna, that he was able to risk his life for it. Also we could realize how much the swimming professor

Entertainment is the most addicting form of media that people enjoy viewing on their free time. Some people find entertainment to be either good or bad, depending on what the individual believes to be appropriate to watch. Most people derive amusement, fun, pleasure, and relaxation from the movies and TV shows we see in our daily lives. Whether it is a movie trailer we watch or an advertisement on TV or the way the companies market the material, the material overall can be encapsulating and attracting toward consumers. In most cases, the materials we watch can leave us feeling a certain way throughout the course of the day. As technology increases, the need for consumers increases from the wide majority of the publicity materials that are being
During the end of the 3rd Century, the Playwright Plautus wrote many of the first Roman comedies. A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum is a musical comedy film adaptation of Plautus's comedies.Set in ancient Rome, many aspects of Roman theatre, including stock characters, were included in the film’s production. While the film is based off of multiple comedies, Plautus's Pseudolus character Calidorus is nearly identical to the film’s Hero. During the time Pseudolus was written, the Crisis of the Third Century led to up to 25% of Roman population being comprised of slaves(Southern). Of the many stock characters Platus included in his comedies, Calidorus/Hero, the son of Pseudolus’s owner and the stock character adulescens, best

The film The Words is a drama-based movie starring Bradley Cooper as the main character Rory Jansen. It takes place simultaneously during World War II and the present day as it shifts back and forth based on the plot. Rory lives in New York City with his wife, Dora, as he quits his old job and struggles to get his books published. The movie also featured Dennis Quaid as Clayton Hammond. This film did not cost much, with the budget turning out to be only $6 million, which is quite low for a film in the United States; however, it has had a lot of success and has been rated a 7 out of 10 by IMDb .
Brilliant movie of genius Soviet theater and film director Sergei Eisenstein . In this analyses I want to concentrate on the camera work of Tisse E., shocking by its conception and technique.
Here are some ways that the play and movie have differences and similarities. First, we are going to talk about the play. Second, we are going to discuss the movie.
Have you ever had to accept something that you didn´t want to? The thing that happens the most in this movie is acceptance. Acceptance is seen in this film because the older brother had to accept a lot of stuff that he more than likely didn't want to. He had to accept that his little brother was a better fisherman than he was. He also had to accept that his little brother passed away. The last thing he had to accept was that some people will never change. The theme of acceptance is shown in many ways throughout the film.
This movie was filmed in Baltimore, Maryland, the film shows a disadvantaged Tyler Gage and a fortunate modern dancer Nora Clark, who find themselves paired up for the showcase that both determine their futures. Like a bud of a flower, the characters of the prodigious movie “Up” started out sheltered and not knowing what the world around them held. However, as the film progressed, the buds began to blossom, and by the end of the movie they were fully grown flora. The two main character in the Film, Carl and Russell, start out as blindsighted adventurers, foolishly jumping into a quest that was more than they could handle. As the movie concluded, they became more enlightened. These endearing characters act as role models for the younger generation. The characters of this movie show major progression from the start to end, and they set a perfect example for anyone.
If a film fails to capture the theme it attempts to portray, then what is the film actually about? One would hope a film titled Transcendence would provide a unique and original story for its audience. Instead, Transcendence is plagued with a weak script and terrible acting. The film is difficult to follow due to its lack of flow and the cinematography feels dated, filled with cheap CGI (computer-generated imagery) effects and poor lighting. The solid cast and a promising new director unsuccessfully captured the overall message of the script. In a movie where “love” serves as the main motive behind the main characters’ actions, one can’t help but notice the movie itself felt cold and emotionless. The plot twist at the end of the movie not only clashed with the main character’s actions, but it also failed to muster up a significant emotional connection to the audience.
Before looking at the movie, I always thought the content would be very boring and boring. But this movie has touched me deeply. After watching this movie, from the divercity's point of view, my feeling is that everyone has the right to love and be loved, and everyone has places worth learning from others. And standing on my own point of view, but let me deeply hope that in the future also become such a father.
The reason why I decided to write a review of this movie even though I did not watch it totally is that this movie is about the desire for a house and an apartment. Nowadays, I am considering going back to South Korea after graduation. The main reason why I want to go back to Korea is the difficulty of getting regular job in the US. By my insufficient English ability, it is not possible to find a good job opportunity in the US. The second reason is that I want to meet new girlfriend and have a home. I want to make a family. I need an apartment.
“You ready ?” Travis asked Savannah as he started to get undressed .”Travis are you sure we should do this ?”Babe , there’s nothing to worry about . It will be okay . Now take your clothes off .”he answered back .”We won’t get caught by my parents because are gone for the whole weekend and if you try and back out you never loved me.””I do love you”Savannah answered back quickly and frantically .”Then lay down” Travis said with a smirk .
The Malaysian comedy film “Hello” portrayed a new culture which was truly an altered perception from what I had originally perceived. The storyline of the film is fairly simple to dissect as it tells us the story of three friends each interested in one particular women and a doctor who catches her interest. However, though the storyline was easy to gauge, there were numerous amounts of scenes which had me question the motive for certain actions. First and foremost was the style of comedy. In comparisons with other comedic films; there was a certain revulsion which was hard for me to shake. In the films representations of humor and wit, a repeated gesture of
