Wentworth By The Sea Country Club is a country club located in the town of Rye, NH on the water. It is a non-equity club, meaning it is not owned by the members. It is instead owned by a single owner who has to pay for any of the cost that are incurred in the club, wether it be renovations or repairs. The club has about 700 members which about 400 of them are golf members. These 700 members are hosted by a 13 person management team which is made up a general manager , assistant general manager, Head Golf Professional,Golf Course Superintendent, Pro shop manager, Director of tennis, Catering Sales Director, Clubhouse manager, Controller, Accounting Assistant, Fitness Director, Dining Room Manager, and Asst Banquet Manager. Many of the professional golf players are preparing for the TPC golf tournament. Being prepared is a big thing on this course because there is a lot of water on all of these holes. Players are bringing lots of nice golf balls so they do not run out. There are a lot of golfers that are not getting ready for this major tournament. In the tournament, the golfers only need about 5 to 6 golf balls the hole tournament. Many golfers have been ask how many golf balls they bring on the tournament.
