A Christmas Carol, a novella written by Charles Dickens, goes through the story of a seemingly bad man by the name of Ebenezer Scrooge. Throughout the story, Dickens gives the audience a greater understanding of why Scrooge is the way he is. One theme that occurs in the novella is social exclusion. Dickens uses a physical, a parallel, and a product symbol to enhance this theme. Dickens employs these symbols to enhance the thematic focus of social exclusion and its impact on Scrooge.
The article only followed the patient up to 15 days post-operative when the patient was discharged from the hospital. I am curious how the patient recovered and if there were any other complications that developed later. Did the patient require anticoagulants or did they experience any thrombus issues from the repair and how well did the repair hold? I wish the article had gone into more details about the long-term recovery of the patient and the success of the technique.

Do you know the true meaning of Christmas? Most Americans believe it’s shopping, decorating and caroling. This is not true at all. In 1963 a shocking tragedy occurred in Birmingham discussed in “Support Christmas Boycott” that has led me to understand that despite what people may believe in now, Christmas is still celebrated all wrong, and I agree with James Baldwin for boycotting Christmas.
