There are many heroes I like and admire. They include people in history and people of today. They all have similar characteristics to mine. They also have many things they did to inspire me. They also struggled through some similar challenges I went through or they went through similar success as me.
My favorite hero is Andrew Clements. Here is some information on his life. Andrew Clements is a good quality author. He earned his Masters of Arts in Teaching at the National Louis University. The grades he taught included fourth grade for two years, eight grade for three years, and high school for two years. Andrew Clements loved meeting new people and getting to read good books. He worked for a small publisher. He got to work with gifted authors,
Idols, role models, heroes: These are the people that we all look up to. As Christopher Reeve, who played the role of Superman in various movies, once said, “a hero is an ordinary individual who finds strength to persevere and endure in spite of overwhelming obstacles.” Throughout my life I have had multiple heroes, for a multitude of reasons. Helen Keller, for her ability to persevere despite the fact that she was both blind and deaf and yet was able to positively impact others. Amelia Earhart, for her bravery as the first female aviator to fly solo across the Atlantic Ocean. Heidi Berry Krahn, for her incredible strength in times of hardship and her dedication and sacrifice as the founder and executive director of the Center for Animal Research and Education. People look up to their heroes, look up to their many attributes and accomplishments, and aspire to be like them. I have one hero that stands above all the rest, one that does all of the things my other
Many of us 7th graders think of a hero as something that has super powers. That is not always what a hero is, they could be the protagonist in a book. A hero that means a lot to me is Bilbo. Bilbo is the protagonist in the book "The Hobbit". This book is one of my favorite and I really enjoy reading it. The book is a very challenging but enjoyable at the same time. The hero's journey is the path or route that a main character takes in a book to become a savior or hero at the end of the book.
Heroes come in all sizes, shapes, genders, and backgrounds. Heroes can be defined by many different standards and are people of great character, who spend their lives doing what they can to help others in need. Everyone has his or her favorite hero, my favorite hero is one that is little known but to me is a true inspiration. My hero is Rolf Benirschke. He is my hero for the courage, inspiration, and help that his words provided me when I was recovering from lifesaving surgery.
My epic hero was a military lieutenant from Ohio. He was born and raised in Ohio and went to a military high school. Since he was a military man, he knew a great deal about leadership. As he grew up, he became a general and one of our many United States presidents.As he was president, he did many good things for our country. Ulysses S. Grant, to me, is an epic hero because he lead and fought in the army for our country and he was a great president.
Believe it or not, everyone has a hero of some kind; someone who is related to you, someone famous you admire and many other kinds of heroes. Everyone has a hero who puts others before themselves, someone who is polite, positive and someone who goes above and beyond to help others. Anyone can be a hero at any given time or in any given place.
My hero is Ronald Reagan. When you think of Ronald Reagan you probably think about one of the presidents of the US, but Ronald Reagan was much more. Ronald Reagan during his life was an actor sports announcer in the military and the president. I choose Ronald Reagan as my hero because of the great things he did during his presidency, and the things that he did while not in office. Some of the things that were very important examples of him being a hero are when the air traffic controllers went on strike, when he made movements against the communists in Europe, and the greatest of all his achievements when he told the USSR dictator to tear down the Berlin wall.
My hero is Bilbo Baggins from the Lord of the Rings Trilogy and The Hobbit. His first obstacle he faced that leads to him being a hero is when he was first invited to partake in an adventure. The second one is when he was in the caves trying to escape from the creature Gollum. Some struggles he had faced were his fear and his laziness. He had a great and famous mentor known as Gandalf who helped him along his journey.
The name of my hero is Pat Tillman, he is my hero because he is an American warrior and he served our country proud and I respect that.Pat Tillman was an American Soldier he served in the army and was killed in friendly fire and gave up one something that he dreamed of all his life, and what he had worked for, just to help out our country in war. A hero to me is someone you makes you proud, believe in or who you can look up to. Heros have to be respected because they give everything they have because they want to make the people who look up to them proud.
Beowulf; a man whose greatness begun when he saved an entire kingdom from the clutches of the vile monster Grendel. Beowulf was known for countlessly putting his body and his life on the line to save his people. His courage and determination is what kept his legacy alive for all of these years. Not only that, but the respect he had for the people around him made him a remembered warrior as well. That’s what I think makes a hero. Being determined to get a job done, having the courage to step in and complete that job, and having enough respect for your people to still obey their wishes despite your apparent fame. The hero I will be writing about is the fictional Marvel Comics character known as the Black Panther (real name T’Challa). He and Beowulf
The character I consider a hero the most is Faolan from the series, Wolves of the beyond. I think Faolan is a hero because of how selfless he was, and how he was brave and willing to do anything to save the ones he cared for. Faolan had to prove himself in more ways than one. But, despite the treatment he received, he still sacrificed his life many times to save his friends. He even went as far as tracking down a murderer, while he was being tracked down because he was framed, and proved himself innocent.
My hero's name is Toshinori Yagi, as a person he's selfless and determined to bring the best out of others. Im choosing Toshinori because personally battling the kind of issues in his life for the benefit of others despite a life threatening injury is a wondferful trait. Years ago, after sustaining a nearly fatal wound, Mr. Yagi would continue to physically fight to save the lives of others. Knowing full well he would never recover and still choosing herosim is the kind of sacrifice that defines a true hero.
Heroes, despite their extraneous characteristics, have very similar values to the people that follow them. This point of view can best be explained using three key points of focus. These points are as follows: The similarity of a higher guidance in times of need, the similarity of the code of honor that they live by, and the fact that no matter who the hero is, he or she is under pressure to be a successful role model.
Who do you respect and why do you think him or her is a hero? Well Leonardo da Vinci painted painting which today is awe-inspiring to people. So if you haven’t guess who my hero is it’s Leonardo da Vinci because of his work and how it brings people great delight.
Thus, a celebrity also can be a hero in my mind. When I get older; I want to get into job market, I want to become successful, I search about successful people and follow their steps, again they are my heroes in mind because I follow their steps and I believe they are my heroes.
A hero can be many different types of people and have many different qualities. The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines a hero as a person admired for achievements and noble qualities. Tom Hanks said “A hero is somebody who voluntarily walks into the unknown”. Heroes are strong and courageous, but they can also be quite and work behind the scenes. Eleanor Roosevelt once said “We do not have to become heroes overnight. Just a step at a time, meeting each thing that comes up... discovering we have the strength to stare it down.” Eric Blehm portrays many different heroes in his novel. Some are obvious heroes, but some of them are low key and stay behind the scenes. Throughout the novel Fearless there are many heroes;
