Since Stella’s is not adequate enough to do work given to her because she does not use her intellectual ability to control herself and perform well at work. She is not using her physical strength to come to work but she takes sick leaves.
I composed numerous plans for each competency addressed in order to achieve mastery of that particular competency. In regards to the first competency addressed, Standard 3: Instructional Delivery, I planned to make sure I differentiated in all my classes in a variety of ways. Likely, an individual may test high in creativity, flexibility, and confidence (Janz, & Mooney, 2000). Whereas, they may score lower on self-starter, and attention to detail. This individual shows strength in an ability to work in a non-conformist business, they tend to approach ideas from a new vantage point, however, they are less likely to pay close attention to detail or begin a project until creatively inspired (Janz, & Mooney, 2000).

While self-assigning a capability score is extremely bias decision, I believe that my score would be “10”. I am certain that with the proper training and motivation, I have competence to perform any task. Years ago, I would have stated otherwise but unrelentingly proved my self-doubt wrong in countless circumstances.
Competency would revolve around the ability to formulate a reasonable decision, it encompasses the theory that as an individual we possess the knowledge, skill and free will to make a decision willingly on our own judgement.
Everyone has a certain skill that they may be strong or weak at in both school or in work. There are skills required in order to create an efficient working environment. However, every person generally has a flaw or a skill that they are efficient in, which may reflect their career readiness. Despite everyone's flaw, throughout our life, we can be able to improve through experience. As for myself, I consider myself confident in managing multiple task and valuing work, but I need to improve my communication skills.
