What are Dreams?

Dreams are sequences of images, emotions, ideas, and sensations that occur involuntarily to the mind during different stages of sleep. They can be filled with joy, hate, anger or disturbing images, they can be clear and understandable or be very confusing and hazy. Dreams have intrigued many people for quite some time, this alternate reality in which we escape in the unconscious state. Much different than the reality we see from day to day. Have captured interest in many people as to interpret why do we dream? Most people believe that dreams have significance and Meaning behind them. Some are very vivid and powerful that they are just too hard to ignore, so most disregard that they are meaningless. The world of dreams contains intriguing details and unexpected events that spark our attention in the psychology of Dream Interpretation.
Some people say they do not dream because they cannot recall the dreams in reality they just are not remembering them. After about 90 minutes of inactivity during sleep, your brain becomes intensely alert, even though you do not awaken .When dreams began to occur we are in a state of sleep known as "REM sleep" which means Rapid eye movement. Your eyes are moving rapidly even though they are still closed during this state and your brain stays very active and busy while in REM sleep.
