The educator must take time to analyze their students finding each ones’ strength and weakness, to better set the plan around each individual personality. Building on the strengths and helping them know their weaknesses will build on their success resulting in a higher personal achievement accompanied by a firm establishment of knowledge about their own personality.

A respectful is needed both with co-workers and parents/guardians of the children. Parents and any other adult that comes into the school is more likely to support the teacher or school if there is a strong and effective relationship in place. If there is a strong connection, then anything that needs to be carried out at home can be relayed to the parent or guardian and the continuity can carry on. This then benefits the children or young person as they are aware of what is expected of them both in school and at home.
