Next, When students fail in school, teachers don’t bother to care nor to help because it was the student's decision to fail, although having parents jump in to the students problems; no matter what they will always support because the parents want the best out of him/her student. Also, parents look out for their child in the education challenges that gets to them. For example, Karther, Diane E. Lowden, Frances Y states,”Despite their own low school achievement, many parents value education, believing it to be a pathway to success for their children”(41). Parents are good reason why student tend to succeed in school after getting in the way of struggling by failing a class. One good reason that students will tend to focus in school and get a good passing grade is getting told by parents at home to do homework if not value electronics gets taken away. Teachers have limited control of students lives, so
Gesell Institute states, “With playtime and recess being eliminated from schools in exchange for more test and desk work, children are being denied the ability to engage and expand their social skills and relationships, which not all educators realize” (Gesell Institute). Schools are rushing children’s development by making them do skills that they are not ready to do. A child will learn how to do simple tasks like draw a triangle, but forcing them to do it at a younger age and not letting them experience childhood by putting pressure on the child to learn faster is not inspiring them to learn and be creative (Gesell Institute).

In the excerpt from a book entitled Class Dismissed, Meredith Maran discusses that students’ parents should spend more time on getting involved in their children’s education. At first, the author states that if students want to be successful, their parents and schools should play important roles. However, there is a big trouble that parents have different opinion over getting involved in children’s education. Some parents are willing to get involved in their children’s education because they have enough time and sources to do so and they actually get reward from their parents’ same actions. On the contrary, the other parents don’t believe that get involved in their children’s education is important and majority of them don’t have enough time and material base to support, in that case, their children’s life are going to be tougher than theirs. In the end, Maran concludes that we cannot expect all the parents get involved into children’s education because society is still filled with materialistic unfairness.

(www.fas.ie). These centres were embedded within the community with most staff coming from the community where they would have an understanding of the difficulties within that specific community. These centres are similar to Youthreach centres but when they started out they were more focussed on life and social skills rather than accredited training. This has changed significantly over the years and they now provide accredited training at level 3 and 4 on the National Framework of Qualifications. There are now 38 of these centres across the country. They are funded through the Education and Training Boards and their main focus is to progress learners to either employment or further education and training mostly on Post Leaving Certificate Courses.
Students need structure and routine along with socialization. School allows students to function on a set schedule of learning and activities with peers and I think kids are very interested in that even though some may say they “don’t like school” or may sometimes feel they are enduring it. My role as a teacher is to be an exemplar to students. A model of behavior, expectations, character, and much more. My role is to be supportive of students in their growth, development, academic success, and character. My duty as a teacher is to go beyond teaching academic lesson and also be supportive of the child emotional health and development. I feel that is very important as a teacher to support the whole child not just their intellectual growth.
Kids that go to school and don’t work, all have similarities and differences. But kids that work and kids that don’t go to school, have similarities and many more differences with kids who are able to have the opportunity of education nd not working. However it is important to notice these similarities and differences.
Child labor is considered as a form of child abuse, it being the exploitation of a child’s rights and freedoms. Therefore, child labour is when underage children are employed, this happens because a child labourer is paid less than an adult labourer. Consequently employers have more children working for them because they spend less paying the children.
