Wk1 Connecting Practice to Leadership Exercise
My purpose in life is to be a living sacrifice to my Lord, who gave His life for me so that I might live on purpose for His purpose and others. My personal mission in life is to continue to learn to walk with Christ so that I can walk like Christ. And, to know Him in a more personal way as Apostle Paul stated in Phil. 3:10 (KJV), “That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;”
My relationship with others is dependent upon my relationship/fellowship with Jesus. My standing (that is my relationship) is sure, but my state can change from day to day. The war between the flesh and Spirit are real and calls for me not to walk after the flesh but after the Spirit. My state of mind has the need to be renewed daily so that I do not hinder the sweet fellowship I enjoy with my Lord.
He has given me the understanding that to love Him is to love others and to serve Him is to serve others. He has called me to be His ambassador; to

The Christian world view on life meaning and purpose is basic and yet different from other world views. Our main resolution in life is to work for God and have a strong connection with him at all times. First and foremost God desires to come first, and all else will tumble into place as long as we believe in him and have complete faith in him also. It is printed that we can only have one master (Matthew 6:24) and for that reason, God believes that serving him must be the highest significant thing for us to do with our period here on earth. Every person on this earth has a great purpose they are going to fulfill throughout their life. I believe my purpose here is to serve God for what he is calling me for. It took a while to know that he was calling to me to become a nurse, and every day that goes by
Human beings have been given a purpose by God, and it is our job to live out our purpose. God gave Jesus a list of things to accomplish on earth.
I live by the philosophy, “I can do all things through christ who strengthens me. By that I mean without christ I can do anything, including graduate with a high school and college degree. I feel my purpose is to be another hero. Someone that can save a life just being having the necessary credentials from college. My greatest weapon is my intelligence and my will to wanting to make some type of difference.
Life is a process of searching for missions and then completing those missions presented. Every person possesses a different calling within his or her life, and even some are given several missions to complete in a lifetime. I strongly believe that my mission in life is to be a doctor to help the weak get healthier, and continually learn about serving others throughout my entire life. My greatest ambition is becoming a pediatric orthopedic surgeon because I have had two knee surgeries before.
In this article the author deals with the concept of growing mature leaders in a way that is in-line with the New Testament. One of the areas that this article addresses is that of the servant leader. This is especially important for this writer’s research due to the fact that the apostle Paul was a servant leader following and encouraging others to follow in the footsteps of Jesus Christ; who is the ultimate model for servant leadership. Another area addressed is that of spiritual renewal. There is a danger when leaders are out-of-touch with God and yet are striving to lead God’s people. The author also makes reference to and cites many passages of scripture penned by the apostle Paul. Many of those passages will be relevant to this writer’s topic of study and examining how this author understand and interprets those passages will add value and insight especially when it comes to applying the biblical truths of leadership in a modern
I believe I should treat others the way Jesus did with kindness and love. Even when Jesus was being crucified on the cross he cried out to his Father that he would forgive the Romans because they didn’t see the ramifications of what they were doing. Treating others with kindness even when others treat me with hate is a hard thing to do. When I think about my own life, there are many people that are disgusted when I even mention something about church or God. I don’t call them out on everything I don’t like about them. This is very tough to do because my human instinct is to retaliate and fight fire with fire. God is asking me to step up and be the bigger man. “If someone slaps you on one cheek, turn to them the other also. If someone takes your coat, do not withhold your shirt from them, Luke 6:29” (NIV). I have had to bite my tongue on numerous occasions as to not escalate the situation any further. God tells us to basically go against human nature and practice self-control. This isn’t in the least bit an easy thing to do. There are so many people that only care about themselves and their wellbeing, even if it means putting others down. The only way I can truly act with perfect kindness and love is through God. God is present in all areas of my life. “So that from the rising of the sun to the place of its setting people may know there is none besides me. I am the LORD, and there is no other. I form the light and create
At this point in my life my purpose is to serve God to the best of my ability. I have done many things that I thought would give my life meaning. At the end of the day it’s about surrender for me. I realize that there are many answers to a single problem. I live the law of love to the best of my ability. These values I have developed from interacting with the world around me and listening to what has worked for those that have gone before me, while trying to capitalize on it. I have been helping my neighbors for some time now and would like to be better at it.
Theology – God’s general purpose for my live involves a list of commands. I am to worship him, to fulfill God’s great command, to proclaim God’s gospel through my words and actions, to expand God’s kingdom, and to fulfill God’s great commission. God’s great command involves loving him with
Knowing what is wrong and right, assist us in understand the purpose of life. Life’s purpose for humanity in general and Christians in specific is to worship God. Along with our worship of God, we are to maintain meaningful relationships with other people; including leading them to salvation, work hard and to take care of the earth and what has been given to us. We are to do this so that we can one day join him in heaven and spend eternity with him.
The purpose of life is viewed by Christians as the worshiping of God and spreading the teaching of the holy word. Life should follow God’s messages and should be carried out in the right.
I believe that my purpose in my life is to help other people and change the way people think, so that more people can be nicer. The way that this can be accomplished is by simply volunteering to help other people that are not as fortunate. I volunteer a lot during the summer because it is when I’m free. I really like to go on the weekends and volunteer at a church kitchen to help needy people that don’t have food.
In this life, the Lord places us on earth for a purpose. That purpose is to glorify him and be witnesses. My individual purpose as a Christian includes placed on this earth includes bringing honor and integrity into the world of technology as a computer scientist, by creating systems for the good of the world and bringing out a positive outcome where there is lack of it as a computer scientist.
My personal mission is to constantly strive to be the best overall person that I can be within my personal and professional life. My goals are to inspire and help others and myself around me to achieve greatness and a balance that will maximize our potential that will transcend the boundaries of our dreams.
