Personal Mission Statement and Core Values My personal mission is to constantly strive to be the best overall person that I can be within my personal and professional life. My goals are to inspire and help others and myself around me to achieve greatness and a balance that will maximize our potential that will transcend the boundaries of our dreams. In addition to my mission statement, my core life values are the foundation of my mission statement, which allows me to uphold my promises and standards. These promises and standards will afford me the opportunity to improve the life of others and myself for the better. Therefore, there are four particular core values that I live by each and every day. The four values are commitment, compassion, dedication, and optimism. The first core value, commitment, embodies the theme of loyalty and honor. I work hard each day to live up to the promises that I make to finish tasks, help others, and meet the expectations that I place on myself or by others. The second core value that I live by is compassion because I wholeheartedly believe in being kind to everyone and helping those in need. The third value that I live by is dedication. Along with the previous two values, dedication is an important factor because being dedicated to someone or something allows a person to display that person’s character of being steadfast and passionate—even in the face of adversity. The fourth and final value that is a foundation for my personal mission is

With given a choice of what to write this paper, I could not get past the subtle nature of who we are as God’s creations. This fundamental truth of our identity is simplified with the truth of our identity in Jesus. We are created in God’s image with a purpose here on earth to display all of God’s greatness, His beauty, and to reveal all of His character aspects. Best of all, we are completely dependent on God. This new enlightenment of my identity in Christ as God’s creation will allow me to help people around the world become one with Christ by revealing the truth of their identity.
I have learned a lot after identifying my top 7 core values now I will compare them on a personal level, local level, and a global level. The first core value I identified was economic security, and I can compare this on all three levels. On a personal level, I contribute on a daily basis by working at The Home Depot. By working at The Home Depot, I contribute to my economic security by making a salary which helps pay for school. On a local level part of the money I make goes to taxes which help local citizens afford food and healthcare. Globally I contribute by helping people install greener and more environmentally friendly options. The second core value that I discovered that was important to me is health. On a personal level, I contribute
My purpose in life is to be a living sacrifice to my Lord, who gave His life for me so that I might live on purpose for His purpose and others. My personal mission in life is to continue to learn to walk with Christ so that I can walk like Christ. And, to know Him in a more personal way as Apostle Paul stated in Phil. 3:10 (KJV), “That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;”
Values and morals are an integral part of life; values define who we are on a personal and professional level. My personal and professional values are similar but are used differently on a personal and professional level. In this code of ethics I have identified my core values as respect, honesty, loyalty, integrity, professionalism, and responsibility. Developing a code of ethics has provided me with an opportunity to reflect on my values and evaluate how I turn those values into action.
Values are intangible things that are important to us, and that guide us, individually, to make decisions. Each person has a different set of values, morals, and ethics, which is the reason that each person handles a situation differently. Here, I will discuss my top 5 values, and why they are important to me.
My core values consist of the following: accomplishment, benevolent, determined, gallant, helpful, merciful, opportunity, optimistic, perseverance and vigorous.
In this season of my life, I find myself residing in the most opportune time to reflect on my managerial competencies, as my surrounding environment in which I now lead and manage, has taken a dramatic shift. The eight roles identified by the Competing Values Framework that are essential for effective management, do not make the smoothest transition from a multi until store manager in a retail environment, to a Director of Children’s Ministry in a religious institution. The competencies in which I excelled in Corporate America, I find are not the strengths I need to tap into to find success in my new role. Therefore, in order to achieve the vision of what comparable success is in my new role, I need to build on my competencies that display weakness in regards to the Competing Values Framework that will be the defining factor of my success or failure.
In order to achieve all my goals to be overly content and successful throughout my life, I will rely on resources that cross my path to guide me to become the person I plan to be. When the path becomes difficult and my goals seem unclear as well as unachievable, I will reassure myself that no matter what I will find a solution and everything will work out in the end. Once I’ve accomplished my plans, all the hardships will fade and nothing will matter as long as I’ve made myself and my family proud. By then I’ll reminisce and realize all the sacrifices and stressing as well as everything in between will all be worth it.
My personal values act as a basis for determining right and wrong in my daily life. My life, my parents, my husband and my children have all played valuable roles in the development of my core values. The following is an ever changing personal ethics creed, that I plan on using to help guide me in my endeavors.
My Mission Statement is to constantly grow in ways that will take me to higher heights, all while keeping God first, family second, and career third. My goal is to forgive without holding a grudge. Vocalize my feelings when I am hurting or sad, in a way that will be productive in resolving the issue. I also would like to not be so guarded. I will allow others to love me in their own way, and not get upset when it is not the same way I love them. I would like to grow in divine wisdom, love, peace, patience and experience daily joy. As I grow in wisdom, I would also like to impart knowledge in younger generations to help them prevent some of the same mistakes that I have made in the past. I will always try to treat others the way I would like to be
My mission statement is a reflection of what I believe, and what kind of person I hope to be in my future. It is organized with different personality traits in “Be” statements that I try to live by, and some pictures to emphasize my points of being strong, loving, and trying to live my best life.
