The Horticulture is considered the art and science of growing plants, and horticultural therapy is the use of plants, horticultural activities and landscape to promote health and the well-being of the people who practice the horticulture. There is a different activity for each person, it mostly depends on what they need, what goals they are trying to achieve. This also improves social, educational, psychological and physical adjustment of the people, helping their body mind and spirit. It is easy to understand, Nature always gives a feeling of comfort, peace and relaxation. It is not difficult to understand and do not need to be a scientist to know, all these elements together to satisfy, and contribute to the society.

In conclusion, the horticultural therapists work along with nature, to bring peace and comfort to people who practice horticulture, whether they enter by a rehabilitation program, or conversely as a way to ward off stress. But this not only improves the quality of people under horticultural programs, but also supports improving society, to change the landscape in a community.
