One way that Yolanda can keep her baby stimulated while she is in her crib is by playing a slide show of the different people in her life. This will allow Emma to see the different faces she will encounter throughout her life so when she sees individuals she will have a memory of them. Yolanda could also add names to the pictures that could be on audio so when the picture comes up a voice will play so Emma could become familiar with the family members voices as well. The picture slide show will help Emma retain a memory of faces , also help her to not be upset when they come around because she will have a memory of that particular person. The second way from Emma to be stimulated is by playing videos for young children about the alphabet. The
The Yokuts inhabited the San Joaquin valley in California. There were over 40 independent groups and each of them had a distinct name, dialect and territory. The San Joaquin Valley is bounded by mountains on the east, west and south and to the north flow the Kern and San Joaquin rivers into the ocean. The climate in the valley is hot with dry mild summers, semiarid winters and very minimal precipitation. Originally, the area was rich in a network of rivers, streams, lakes and sloughs fed by waters from Sierra Nevada to the east and it is very productive and rich in resources such as food, wood for construction, firewood and manufacturing tools. After these rivers and streams were diverted for agricultural purposes, the valley dried up and became a vast area of farmland. The foothills elevations are higher and cooler and are occupied by some Yokuts groups. They managed their environment both passively and actively to improve forage for deer, eliminate underbrush growth, make it easy to traverse, and for hunters as well. Passively, they did religious ceremonies to ensure the continuation of favorable conditions.

Rosati-Kain is an all-girls catholic high school located in the heart of the Central West End in St. Louis, Missouri. The faculty at Rosati-Kain provides their teenage female students a lot of things about life, education, and faith but the only thing Rosati-Kain doesn’t provide to their students is transportation. Hi Yannett, I can understand how commuting can be exhausting. I also commute from home, and as you said it is hard to maintain healthy relationships with my family when I'm home only to sleep, or do homework. It takes me around 40 minutes to get here, but before moving here I used to spend around 2 hours too. All I can say is that as long as you are able to manage your time, and to stay motivated there is nothing that can't be accomplished. I wish you all the best for you to succeed in college! I know it can be hard sometimes but stay focused on your goals here at GCU.

The recommendation that would have most greatly affected the interaction between police and Yatim would be found on page 90, #34. This recommends that police offices should be trained to recognize and deal with situations regarding people with mental health issues ages 16 and up. I believe that this could have helped the situation end in a non-violent manner. If this recommendation had been in place, the police would have most likely been able to calm Yatim, and with him, the situation. Being able to recognize when one is not mentally sound can enable you to work with their mind frame, find out why they are acting how they are, and then, hopefully, calm them down. By calming Yatim down, Yatim would have been more likely to put away his knife.

Charlie builds the relationships with his educators in the Nursery room. He likes to join his educators and friends in the activities that he is interested in. He sits side-by-side his friends, enjoys the good times together such as singing a song, moving along the music and looking at the animal pictures and naming them. He especially loves to look at the pictures in the books and listen to his educator names each picture. He often pulls on his educator's arm and leads her to the book corner to read a book to him as to initiate and communicate his needs to his trusted educator (EYLF 1.1). He confidently makes his own choices in play and exploration of his surroundings. He is often seen exploring something in one corner of the room and loves to share his discoveries with his educator by getting her attention and pointing to what he finds, such as new toys or books in the corner, bird and airplane in the sky.
An individual can always learn new aspects of life when they are observing an infant. This observation took place in the home of the participant. The participant is familiar with the house. During the observation the child played with her toys in the living room. The participant was a 12-month-old girl who is cared for by both her mother and father. Other participant included the child's mother and the child's aunt. The mother is a teacher, so during this observation and in the summer, they both stay at home. The participant is the only child in the household. After an afternoon nap and snack, the child sat in her mother's lap on the couch in the living room. While she was with her mother, she stayed close to her mother and made eye contact with everyone in the room. The child then got down and played with her toys in the floor of the living room. She began with the toy closest to her and began pushing the buttons while singing along with the different rhythms. The next toy she found was a child's magazine and she quickly flipped through the pages and found pictures of other infants similar to her. After a quick look around the room, she proceeded to crawl over to the nearest shelf in the living room. She began to pull her self up to a standing position and began pulling items off of the shelf and putting them on the floor. The mother quickly diverted her attention by
